Had two old cell phones and looked up where to sell them. PCS connection came up and I read the reviews. Seemed like a good honest place, and indeed they proved it. R8ght whem I called to ask if they boufht used phones the man told me they do but I'd probably get a better price on offerup, etc. I just wanted to be rid of my old phones and so I brought them in. After looking over my phones, he told me they were so old that he could only give me ten bucks and so I told him to just give me $5. I'm not starving and I was heartened by one of his reviews where a lady complimented them on being helpful and patient and generous. And now I know where to go for cell phone repairs and maybe I'll go here first when I need a new phone.

I needed to get data off a phone with a completely busted screen. Mark was super responsive, fast, and got it done for much cheaper than another Mira Mesa phone repair service quoted me. Definitely coming back for any future phone repairs!

Very very very bad service—- asking customer to pay even if the phone is not fixed at all—-bad customer experience—-will not come back ever again!!! They closed their doors saying that we cannot get our phone (even if it’s not fixed) and they will not open again till Monday (it is Friday 4/12 today)—-what kind of service is that or even what kind of treatment to customers? You don’t treat anyone like that—that’s a shame!!!

Discussed repairing late model iPad charge port and how it is quite challenging to solder in new part- suggested I clean it well which improved function - helping me at expense of their volume- consistent with hx of upstanding honest advice and service over the years.

Hung and others at this store always take care of me whether it’s an old iPod, an old Mac, or (most recently) a monitor that needs to be checked out prior to filing a claim. Everyone here goes above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of. I recommend it to all my friends and family. Customer for life.

My iPhone screen wouldn't turn on and I needed it fixed urgently. I to run a diagnostic, order a new screen and have my phone repaired within two days! They answered all my questions and was honest in their suggestions.

This repair shop has been around for a long time and they have the same knowledgeable staff. I broke my new cell phone. I walked in and asked if you could fix it though, to which I was told they would try it. They did and when I got my bill I have to say I was thrilled. I will definitely be back if there are any problems.

I've had a problem charging my iPhone for a few months. I tried cleaning the connector myself, but I finally decided I would have to get it repaired, assuming it was a bad connector. The gentleman at the counter cleaned the charge port and cleaned my speaker too. My phone works great now! He was able to give me a fast quote on another repair I was interested but he advised against it due to the cost and advised me that it was only a cosmetic issue. He refused to take money for the repair and sent me on my way happy and with a working phone. Excellent service. I will definitely go here first for future phone repairs.

Did a great job replacing my son's trackpad on his HP laptop. That may not sound like a big deal, but they went the extra mile to fix my son's robotics team's "fixes" they did to his machine (basically the robotics team glued the chassis together [face-palm]). Works perfectly now, thanks! Will definitely use their services again (this laptop has 3 more years of high-school to survive)! Customer service skills are on point!
