Incredible quality and very professional. Perkins installed a polyaspartic floor coat in my garage and the process was flawless from start to finish. Juan arrived early for the assessment/quote and I had service scheduled for the next week. The crew that came did a perfect job with no issues and great attention to detail. I doubt Perkins is the cheapest option, but well worth it in the long run for a quality floor and peace of mind.

The Perkins team did an outstanding job on our garage floor and customer service has been excellent. The sales professional was knowledgeable and applied no pressure - great to work with. After the installation they came out twice to help me sort out marks and chips that I caused. They've always been eager to help. I'd definitely work with them again.

August 2, 2023 - I’m extremely satisfied with the Crew that came out and refinished my garage floor! Very hard working Crew and they did an excellent job! We are very happy with the appearance. Now let’s see if it holds up to the car traffic- will have to wait to review that part.

Perkins Custom Coatings does a terrific job. Their product is SpartaCoat - a material far superior to epoxy garage floor coatings. I had Perkins install SpartaCoat at 3 different homes over the years, and each time they did exceptional work, and the product is practically indestructible. Highly recommended.

I recently engaged Perkins Custom Coatings to cover my garage floor with their incredible polyaspartic finish. From the moment I connected with Jimmy, the owner of the company, to the completion of the project, I have been enormously impressed with their responsiveness, professionalism, thoughtfulness, and expertise. Jimmy, himself, responded almost immediately to my inquiry. He provided a terrific overview of the process, pros and cons of the coating options, and promptly scheduled an on-site visit to gather necessary measurements, assessment of the condition of the floor, etc. to enable an informed estimate. Juan arrived precisely on the day and time of my appointment; he brought many samples of colors and design of the product from which I could choose; and he thoroughly answered all of my questions. Literally just a few days later, Kyle and Egor arrived--also, again precisely on time--to begin the process. Both of them were extremely personable, capable, and efficient. They worked diligently to complete phase one, despite pretty challenging weather. (Temperatures in Palm Springs that day were over 100 degrees, but they never complained.) They returned early the following morning to apply finishing coatings and complete the process....which looks FABULOUS! I couldn't be more pleased, and I am proud to strongly recommend Perkins as a highly responsible, reliable, and competent company. 5

WE did our garage flooring with Perkins. Somehow the material used initially had some issue and we found that with some moisture, some material was coming out. We asked them to look into it and they decided to replace the entire flooring, including moving our furniture out and back in. The work has been done successfully. I am happy with the quality of work and their professional commitment to stand behind their work.

It is such a pleasure to deal with a company, such as Perkins, who makes the experience from beginning to end so professional.The process started with them calling me back to schedule a rep to come out to provide a quote and discuss the options. Then the actual scheduling was very easy with the office. Both teams who did the work, first the prep team and then the following day the team doing the coating were all extremely friendly, informative and helpful. I had an amazing experience working with Perkins and specifically Juan (scheduling and coating selection) and Alfonso and Ricardo (for the work). They were recommended to me by a previous customer and they exceeded my expectations in every way. They took off the previous older finish on my three-car garage and put on a new, beautiful coating. I couldn't be happier with the entire experience: from quote to final product, the team was responsive, professional, skilled, and took pride in their work. One of my home improvement projects was to clean out my garage and remove an old carpet that had covered half of the garage floor for 30 years. After removing I found 1/4 inch of dirt and felt I could not deal with that without professional help. After some research I contacted Perkins regarding their Spartaflex coating. Michael came out to measure and answer any questions, he was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Could not be happier I chose Perkins. The team worked so hard to clean, repair and apply coating. It looks beautiful and makes me smile every day. Get many compliments from friends and neighbors.

Once again after leveraging Yelp to gather quotes, we landed on Perkins Custom Coating. Jimmy responded quickly and offered a competitive price. He mentioned the scheduling date I preferred was quickly filling up, so I decided to book. The office is located not to far from my home, so I decided to stop by. Jimmy was not kidding as there scheduling board was full and the office was buzzing. Good sign of a good business. The office staff was extremely nice and showed me many garage floor samples and gave me some pointers. Even though they are booked weeks in advance, I had some scheduling issues and the team work hard to accommodate me. The installation team was stellar and the flooring came out looking really nice. I highly recommend using Jimmy and crew for your flooring needs.

We just moved into a new house and decided to protect our garage with epoxy. Took the time to get quotes from a couple of businesses. Jimmy responded with a bunch of information regarding epoxy and the differences between epoxy and spartaflex. I was impressed with the message from Jimmy as every other company wanted to talk over the phone and I did not have the time during the day as I'm busy at work. He gave me all the info with no pressure. I did some research and found Perkins does quality work. No real complaints from customers. That sold the deal for me. Perkins sent someone to evaluate the floors, gave us a quote and we put the deposit down to get the job done. Alex and Giovanni came first thing at 8am and began the work. They brought all their equipment including their own generator to get the job done. Kyle and Giovanni came back the next day and sealed it. It looks really good!!! I'll post photos once the 24 hours is complete.I would recommend Perkins for any epoxy or spartaflex job. Quality work! And for something like this, you need quality so it lasts

I contemplated using the Home Depot do it yourself kit and am so glad I didn't. This company was professional from Day 1 and my floor looks amazing. I receive so many compliments on my new garage floor.I had many unleveled cracks in my garage floor and this company came in and first did a saw cut evenly in my garage to prevent cracks they fix from reappearing. It gives the floor a nice new look. They then repaired every single crack. You wouldn't even know I have me cracks before. They then did the actual coating of the floor all with in a couple of days.3 years later and my garage floor still looks brand new. I recommend getting a quote from this company....you won't regret it. Don't get the do it yourself kit or use non Sparta flex, as it won't hold up the sa
