i visited this Petsmart today. the staff alert with a friendly welcoming. i am just to say hi to and learn about the adoptable pets. i played through the cage windows and talked with cats hampsters fish reptiles and more and the cutest fuzziest i think a mouse. her personality made my whole visit and made my entire day. she or he i could tell was reall soft by the type of fur on her coat. but ii kept talking to her about her name and her food and my name she then she went through part of her den and then an addition and she reappeared and then showed me a third addition to her den. that she thought of me and wanted to show me her den made me feel she liked and was proud of her home and that she enjoyed me like i did her. this made me love my day.after my visit i found that the time i spent talking and playing with all the pets, was really therapeutic for me. this Petsmart is located right on the metro line. the metro drops me almost to the store petshop door. there are restaurants, and shopping for furniture, bridal, mobile, groceries sportwear and outdoor equipment, toys, books, clothing and shoes, , dispensary and hotels within the mall itself and over the highway

This is our go to Petsmart location. I have a very nervous anxious puppy that I adopted about a year ago. He came here for puppy training class with Shiloh and loved it! He also gets groomed once a month with Jade and is always the most handsome boy when he gets back home.

I was shocked at how great the experience was. Easy to book and check in. My doggie bestie, Casper, loved his cut and left, wagging his tail. Our groomer, YL, is definitely good at her craft, and Casper seems to love her touch! His cut was even and stylish.

I was here while the auditors were here.
I tried so hard to bite my lips. Every time I come to this location it’s always an issue. It’s never come and go.
Last time my appointment was as canceled. It happened to often.
I have to pay a baby sitter then get canceled. Then I call. They said they are accepting walk in. I decided to give them another chance.
I have a 5 month old non vaccinated child, in the stroller. I don’t want to get my child in with all the hair.
This girl with green hair came I. With attitude to close the door. It takes 2 min max to check in the door. She said well did you want to make an appointment…. This is the biggest joke of a business. You make it. Then they cancel you. So why waste my time.
Then they are handing the dog back 2 dogs. She closed the head of the dog in front of the owner. I can tell she was MAD. She was like don’t pick them up.
If this is what they do in front of the owners what happeneds when you’re not looking.
Business fail because of customer service. And hiring the wrong people. I will not give it a second chance. I worked next door for years and would never in a million years think they were true and they are.

I arrived 15 minutes early for my dog's grooming appointment, the lady there Saturday morning said it was too early and did not help. I've been 15 minutes early to other places and had no problems.
