Let’s start off by saying a kind note they rescheduled me for a later time not knowing I received a message after the appointment was complete by the same guy that works there. His name is Jesus and he left a voice message saying if I can come in earlier there’s no communication whatsoever. I don’t know if he’s OK because the message was maybe right after I rescheduled maybe he’s really mixed up. It seemed that way First impression was he seemed pretty unhappy no customer service whatsoever not a friendly hello and just looked at my dog like oh no and it’s a husky. She’s for very friendly and she was full of energy because she wanted to come in knowing there’s other dogs there. She’s very social. She’s never been anybody and when I say this, I mean it if you’re gonna treat her rough or hurt her, she’s gonna dip you. They were complaints about her nipping while she was getting brushed, apparently there was another employee their name Alana she offered to brush my dog after. I said this is not acceptable. I’m not paying that amount of money for her to be brushed out and she looks like the same when I brought her in, I made it very clear when I asked for a manager he says the salon manager is gone for the day so I walk right out to find the store manager and she was kind enough to understand my situation. She went back into the groomer salon and was speaking with them then she tells me I should probably step out because my dog sees me and wants to go with me. Well, that’s not the case I believe that my Dog wanted me to be there to watch her and that’s what I did she had a talk with them. I believe real quick and I even got some cash to tip them even though the job was not satisfactory and because Alana offered to brush her out, she didn’t want to take my tip. Neither did he. I think it’s really rude and I shouldn’t have tipped them. They don’t appreciate anything Even if it was a good gesture the way that they treat people is beyond me. I’ve been in customer service all my life and I’m not coming back. They lost a customer. Thank you Miss Manager. I truly appreciate how she handled it but at the same time she probably should’ve gave me half off. I did get a 20% off because I asked for it, I had a flyer that I misplaced, and so I asked if they would honor it and so she did. Soon after there was a couple in the grooming salon while I was leaving, and I was handing the tip to the unfriendly male groomer and another $10 for Alana. They both refused my tip, but I said please take it as the least I can do for them to brush her out. They made me feel like they were doing me a favor. I do regret tipping them both and I won’t come back that’s for sure I wouldn’t want to get into an argument. What a headache very stressful unnecessary. I hope the manager reads this, and Petsmart does a better job of hiring their pet groomers.

My review is for the trainer Rachel, I took my pom there for a first time ever training he's still a puppy. After 5 weeks of training, he lets people pet him !!! Which is a big change , he used tobark at everybody who said he was cute! Rachel knows how to do her job!

I brought my dog in for a groom with Roberto and I’m extremely disappointed.. My notes are very straight foward and detailed but my dog just came out with a buzzcut on his entire body and head/face. I have a goldendoodle. I asked for a teddy bear haircut for his face/muzzle. His whole face is shaved! On top of that, it’s uneven! You can see blunt cuts and there was no effort to even blend in the hair! I was even charged for a De-matting fee and coat maintenance fee, but he didn’t have any matting! Maybe my groomer was upset he had to spend a little longer brushing him! My dog spent a whole 4 hours in the store just to come out with a 1 hour job. Extremely disappointed.

Some better than Petco because more think and other good stuff and aLSO fish is better to buy here. Also animals 🐵🐔🐶🐷 are younger here.

I'm beyond frustrated by the customer experience I had at this store. Me and my two children went to buy brand new Beta fish for our house. We have had over 5 different betas in our house in the same tank and some have lived over 2 years. We heat our house to 75 consistently in the winter. The employee at checkout would not sell me the beta fish unless I bought one of their $10+ heaters for these tanks. My children were crying after they picked out their fish and a new tank decor item. These fish sit in plastic cups on the shelf all day and night with no heater. I went back the next day and bought the fish and accessories no problem. I understand that is part of their job, but you should not refuse to sell me something I clearly have had experience in managing. I'm so done with Pet stores these days, the model has changed and when you have employees that are so rude and dismissive it runs the experience in person.

Wow. I should have looked at these reviews before I made an appointment with this team. Don’t bring your per here. I would not trust my dog with the groomer Michelle. She was NOT friendly at all and she seemed to be on a power trip. She turned me and my dog away because of one tiny suture that was invisible and was only known to them because I disclosed it. Yet the vet told me that my dog could be cut and groomed after 14-days even if there were still any sutures because they are self-dissolving. It’s been over 3 weeks since the surgery and they should have treated us better and groomed my dog. I was going to pay $100+ for the services. Now I’m going to Petco. I’ll never go to PetSmart again. I agree with others. If that’s how she treats people imagine how she treats dogs. I’d fire her if she doesn’t get that chip off her shoulder.

Unprofessional - I wish there was a 0 stars!!!!
I cleared my schedule to get my dog showered and groomed, I am very busy and called before to schedule the appointment, when I got there they told me that my appointment is on a different time (it was not as my schedule is pre-booked).
They were not willing to see him or take him in even when the error is on their end.
If you value your time do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Manager is playing games and doesn't know what she's doing. She's playing fast and lose with the totals, saying she's giving me "more back." Like no. The math isn't mathing. Scam alert and waste of time
I literally had to bring tags off the shelves to prove the prices

Worst customer service ever!
Tried to force me to buy other fish products besides fish and would not sell fish unless I bought their other products!!! HORRIBLE!

This particular location is not a favorite. Seems to always have a line at check out, The items are limited too. I like PetSmart over the other pet suppliers but I don't go to this location if I don't have to. I'd like to add, the store associates give good customer service, as much as possible and are always friendly. I think this particular store could do with hiring at least one more person per shift.

Booked a grooming apt for my dog and walked in for the appointment only to met with zero acknowledgement of my presence and almost as if it was an annoyance to be there. Realized I forgot my pups paperwork and went back out to the car to get it walked in again and not one single word from the groomer until I handed her my paperwork and she asked for the dog’s name. I’m not normally one to write reviews, but the level of abundantly clear lack of consideration or care was egregious, and also makes me wonder if the same lack of care would transfer over to the care of animals.

0 starts. Worst haircut ever. We told them what we wanted and they rushed it they told us 3-4 hours and called us within 2 hours to pick her up.we brought our beautiful Maltese poodle in and they had her coming out looking like a mole rat.

Because I chose the wrong address, I have no choice but to bathe my dog at this address. After the dog stayed for two hours, I went to pick up my dog. The dog had no scent at all, and the dirt in the ears was not cleaned. This is not a little bit worse than another pet samrt. After my dog was washed at another address the first two times, he came out smelling good and his ears were clean everywhere. It's my fault this time. I didn't read the address clearly and chose the wrong place. But if you want to give your dog a bath, I don't recommend this place at all.
