Worst experience ever . Wouldn’t recommend bring any pet over this place . Had an appointment to groom my cat and trim the mats. They said they would need to cut the hair very short on my long haired cat which I thought they meant the part with mats. Anyway they seemed to be transparent in the beginning saying they would cut the nails first and assess her as they go. 20 min later I get a call saying there are too many dogs and she is stressed. Never was I told or made aware that the dogs and cats are in the same room. I rush over to pick up my cat and reschedule my appointment. At the end they let me know they shaved only a part of the cat. I looks after I left and she had a huge bald spot on her back no where near where I had mentioned the mats. I was very disappointed bc her nails were not trimmed which was allegedly the starting point AND she was shaved somewhere that did not make any sense. While I am grateful they called me when she was stressed, I’m not ever taking my pet back here .

Not sure if he was a supervisor, but don't ask the jerk with glasses and dark balding hair in his early 30's for the code for the bathroom(even though I was buying things). He gives a rude tone, as if we don't deserve to use "his" bathroom!

Everyone knows how much I love my dog and SPOIL him... well, after going to 10 different groomers, I found the least expensive folks at Petsmart (near Rosecrans) were the kindest, caring, best groomers. Plus, it is well stocked with everything. Aways has plenty of parking spaces and easy to scoot in about and out.

I feel really bad not getting the employee's name but I came in the other day with a clogged up filter for my aquarium, looking for a replacement. Turns out, I just needed to be educated on how to open and clean out the pump. No replacement needed! The aquarium staff went above and beyond. He cleaned out my pump, showed me how to do it in the future, and saved me quite a bit of money. I really appreciated it!
