They are a great business! I bought cabinets and countertops in 2010 and had a problem with the drawer glides recently. Literally 4 drawers would not close or open without a struggle. I called them up and they were more than happy to give me new drawer glides for FREE ! They were so pleasant and accommodating. It's rare when a business won't charge you after 12 years when you go back for help. An outstanding experience. They stand behind their work and the product. Thank you, Frank !!!

We needed new cabinets, sinks, granite in our two upstairs bathrooms and selected Picasso based upon the recommendation of a neighbor. They did a great job for us working fast and clean at a reasonable price. Our sales rep, Mason, and the owner-supt., Frank, we're wonderful. They worked with us in every imaginable way and did everything they promised. I think the whole job was done in a couple of weeks without any hassle whatsoever. Highly recommended!

After spending ~$13k plus in the Kitchen renovation I realized the Warranty by the provider is 1 YEAR ONLY for such a big job. I think I undermined the reliability , quality and trust I put in this provider, and the cracks in the Kitchen countertop table showed up juts after 13 months. When reported, I was reminded the guarantee is only one year and any repairs will charge extra. what a bummer and I blame myself for the trust I put in. I am giving the rating of two stars because I like the color and finish of the cabinets and the business owner was happy to offer extra shelves when the I found an issue in the cabinet design where the cabinet door would not open conveniently and easily to access the content in the suzy table. My wife and I have to be extra careful and slowly open the door to not damage the adjacent cabinet. So be careful when the designer gives your the drawing, and confirm the usability of the space. The craftsmanship is just below average as finishing is not great, I had to call private carpenter to fix the joints between cabinets and ceiling moulding.

Good quality product and very good work. The owner really took care of us. The initial sales person was new and not very experienced. Once everything got sorted out I was very happy with the end product. I would use this place again.

They sold me something they could not provide. They blamed it on the employee, the vendor, me. They refunded my money in the end, but a total mess inside. Total waste of my time. Unprofessional. Watch out

Seemed reputable at first. We negotiated a price on a off cut item. Once we had it loaded and all set he decided he wanted to charge an extra 50 dollars. Very dishonest approach to business. I can't imagine ever working with this store again. BEWARE of dishonesty here

The staff at a Picasso Cabinets are amazing! Darlene provided a great deal of help while I was looking for the perfect cabinet/countertop combo. I visited her several times over several months and she was always cheerful, patient and very helpful. The cabinets are great quality, competitively priced and look fantastic in my kitchen.

Came in this weekend to get an estimate on cabinets for a kitchen. They said they'd come help us but kind of seem annoyed. They never came out to help. We are young. They clearly didn't care about our business or thought there was none to be had. Their loss.

After looking at about a million granite yards and cabinet suppliers we found perfect shade of dark green granite at Picasso with prefab pieces at a fair price! They were super helpful showing us the selections in the warehouse and giving me a quote based on my sketches. I turned the estimate over to my general contractor and let them work directly on the measurements and installation. The final product is beautiful!

I was ready to order cabinets and my husband and son went in to talk to Dawn with some final questions. She was rude and condescending when he asked if they were soft closing. Important question You would think. She Responded with "I just saw it close softly". After a few more rude answers, standoffish and feeling like they bothered her, they left. Im sure if Dawn were spending $15,000 on her kitchen she might have a few questions as well. Well you lost our business Picasso because of her. Customer service matters it's not that difficult.

Dawn apparently the manager was extremely rude when I went in with questions for my kitchen remodel. Very condescending when asking questions and I felt like a bother. No one else was there waiting for help. The other lady there is always extremely nice and helpful. I was ready to sign on the dotted line and order cabinets but not now. How do you keep your job with being so unprofessional. There are plenty other places in town to do business with.
