Pony Express Car Wash provides car wash packages in the San Diego and Lemon Grove area. The service is fast and offers great value with multiple choices of scents. Employees are welcoming and very helpful, with workers available to clean tires and wipe mirrors depending on the service. The car wash gets the ride sparkling and the vacuums work great. However, as with most automated car washes, it doesn't do the best job on the backend. The vacuum area is noted to be very dirty, with trash on the ground that can get tracked back into the car. Overall, it is a quick and easy service, and a membership saves money and time.
I absolutely adored this car wash! And now it appears to be under construction and possibly with new ownership. The phone is disconnected and the website is gone. So don’t go because you can’t get a car wash any longer.

I was in the area and needed to get my car washed. This place has friendly staff and offer specials with your selections. As I was vacuuming my car, a guy came to do my tires, too. That was a nice perk and I hope to come by again when I’m the area next. Friendly, quick, clean!

Consistently working and thorough wash machine and accessible strong vaccuums. I like having a choice in car fragrance. Those other guys are too fruity!
