I'd never go anywhere else for shipping. Not only do they have everything needed, they're also always helpful and pleasant. Plus, they accept pre-paid package drop-offs for no charge. (Some brown shipping carrier stores charge for this for their own packages.)

My family have used this postal Annex for many years as it’s in our neighborhood but will be using a different location from now on.
I dropped off my Amazon and an ASOS return two weeks ago. My husband noticed that that our Amazon return was still pending drop off. After contacting the postal Annex as it had been two weeks, they told me our packages hadn’t been picked up yet - AFTER 2 WEEKS.
Sadly, my ASOS return went past the return window. I had to follow up about this situation several times and l was told I would receive a call back from a manager every time I called as the women on the phone couldn’t do anything about it, I never received a call back and it seems like they are just completely disregarding the fact that they just left my packages sitting for over 2 weeks not being sent out and probably longer had I not noticed. When I asked what could be done the lady on the phone told me I am more than welcome to pick up the package and take the package to a different store.
Zero customer service - avoid at all costs.
And in response to your reply, you really need to talk to your staff. I’ve been in contact with your store for two days and they told me that it is normal for packages to sit this long. Packages have sat there for 2 weeks not being picked…. For a city postal annex to take peoples mail and hold it that long especially without their knowledge is mind blowing!! My ASOS package went past the return window even though I dropped it off at your store over two weeks ago. I was told the manager was not in store yesterday, That’s why I would definitely be contacted today, which didn’t happen. It was just brushed the side. I have now lost money due to your business’s inability to do what it advertises.
I have added screenshots of June 3 when I dropped my packages off and emailed the labels to the store and also me contacting ASOS this evening where customer service are saying that the package was not dropped off until June 18. This is only after I called the store many times over 48 hours to figure out what was happening. I also attached the Amazon return that says it was returned on June 17, but that was after me contacting the store several times, had I waited for them to call me back it would’ve never even happened, It was just being ignored and I’m sure it would of sat for a lot longer

This business is beyond excellent. The service is very professional and efficient. No matter how fragile or big the package is, the people here make sure that it gets to its destination safe and sound. We sent fragile glasses and heavy artwork -- everything arrived just fine and exactly on time. We have used this business for over 15 years, and we haven't ever been disappointed.

If I could give this place 5 negative stars I would. Avoid this place and just go elsewhere. Staff member was extremely rude and impatient. I told her I had 2 packages with separate tracking but she kept cutting me off and saying "but there's only 1 tracking" and when I tried to show her the second tracking, she grew impatient and stormed off. Amazing professionalism, I've seen better at McDonald's . In addition, they didn't even know where the package was and then charged me $10 for UPS access point for 2 packages. No where did it state I was going to be charged for this on the merchant's site or in the email. For a family owned business, you'd think they'd treat their customers better.
