Above and beyond service!! Jordan and the team, including Ryan, went out of their way to make sure an urgent package was sent even though they were very busy! I needed a next day delivery sending a clunky laptop. They did research to find the best possible price and service to get it there on time and work in my budget. The best part was that I left in a hurry and the box I gave them wasn't the right size and didn't have the correct padding. Jordan called me about it but I didn't pick up, so he left a message and because I didn't get back in time, he corrected the issue, packaged my laptop in the correct box and sent it out in time because he knew how urgent it was for me! Incredible team, incredible service, and they really stepped up when I needed something urgent. Thank you!!

I stopped by today to get a Passport photo for a Chinese tourist visa and Zoe was so incredibly helpful! She went above and beyond by looking up the specific requirements for a Chinese visa, measuring the picture multiple times to make sure it was correct, and carefully cutting them out for me! She did all of this while helping other customers with a smile and a great attitude. I will be coming back to this Postal Annex for any future pictures or shipping needs!!

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at Postal Annex deserves recognition. Jad, Zoe, and Angela provided exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to help me get online with my laptop. They even assisted me with a complicated live scan process, all while managing a busy store with patience and professionalism. Despite my frustration, they turned my day around and made everything easier. Not all businesses are created equal—this team truly stands out for their outstanding service!
