If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I had a terrible experience with Rekha, who was responsible for processing my live scan. After paying for the service, I waited two weeks without hearing anything, only to find out on my own that the report was never sent to the government. When I called Rekha, she apologized and blamed it on an "internet issue." However, from my experience, it was clear that the real problem was her careless attitude. She got distracted by other tasks twice while attending to me, which made the whole process feel unprofessional. This is completely unacceptable for such an important service. Avoid this place if you value your time and peace of mind!

The woman quoted me $115 for overnight shipping and told me there were absolutely no other options. I went to USPS and was able to do priority express overnight for $30.45. The woman should have known this and referred me to at least check with USPS, but she said she was my only option. Seems deceptive to me. Maybe with this review, she will consider referring people to a better option if what postal annex offers doesn’t meet their schedule or budget.

Overpriced services for things that cost them minimal. $2 to print one page - told the price after they printed it and was told the cost was due to also emailing them the page to print. Never again

This is concerning the store in PQ Town Center. I Paid $4.00 just to tape the box I brought in after I refused to pay $7.00 for another box. This is a "great" way to treat a customer. Oh yeah, she even mentioned that they don't get paid for FedEx drop offs.

I highly do NOT recommend this place, there is an employee or Notary Public of Asian decent that is NOT polite to customer and not willing to help customer. Looks like she hates being in there or hates her job.PLEASE do not endorse this types of business in Rancho Penasquitos.

I have gotten my LiveScan finger prints done before here. The first time it was fast & efficient. I needed them done again. I came in Wednesday afternoon around 4:30 pm. Was told if I wanted to do them I had to come before 4pm. Cool no problem, I come back the next day at 3:45pm to be told that they are no longer doing them that day, the lady told me the technician left, she didn't tell me that yesterday so I'm pretty sure she just didn't want to do them. I'm taking my business elsewhere that has clear times for LiveScan. Will not be returning.
