I needed to print something last minute and desperately important. I was frazzled and had difficulty communicating my needs. The lady behind the counter was so kind and helpful. I wish I knew her name so I could thank her directly. I would absolutely recommend this place.

Very mouthy and unpleasant woman at the front desk on 05/30/23. Insisted I needed a business account to send a FedEx Priority Express package. I kept telling her I didn't have an account. Then she switched her tune and said she could send a package. She was very aggressive and condescending. I walked out after telling her she has a very unpleasant attitude. She mouthed off repeatedly as I walked out. This woman cost the owners money with her poor service. Postal Annex in the Renaissance complex was able to help me and the nice lady there said she would mention something to the owner.

Online & on door says Postal Annex opens at 9am yet nobody was there close to 10am. Fix your signs online/onsite or change your hours.

I rarely review businesses and like to support local businesses but, want to let anyone that works Mon-Fri that if you pay a Postal Annex or like business in order to accept packages, this business is open Saturdays only if they have someone to work the hours, and they close Saturdays on any holiday weekend even if the holiday is on Monday. That means if you go to pick up a package on a Saturday and they decided not to open, that you have to wait until the following Saturday to get your package (if you work in an office and can't get there during their normal business hours M-F). They are very inconsistent with their hours in general. I have driven there more times than I can count and they are closed during their normal business hours. I have not found the owners particularly customer focused. If your schedule is flexible and you don't mind returning more than once to pick up your packages (or do other business other than picking up your mail) during the week, you will be fine with it. The store stocks some nice small gifts and cards and the current staff are very friendly. I am giving the business one star because I think the stated hours should be adhered to much more consistently. Other business owners find ways to fill in (even if they have to themselves) to adhere to their posted open hours. The previous several owners did a better job.

I had to drop off two prepaid FedEx packages. One I didn't have a mailer. The cashier gave me a reusable bag someone had dropped off, lent me tape and cut my label to fit, all without cost. Very friendly and helpful.

My nephew went to ship something for me and the rude dude behind the counter asked, do you have any money? Instead of quoting the cost. Then muttered an insult after my nephew completed the transaction. There's a mailboxes + 2 blocks away.

Alonso at this location is extremely professional and a dream to work with. I come in almost weekly for work or personal shipments and he always has such a positive attitude. No matter how busy the shop gets he never loses his composure or kindness which definitely can't be said for the girls working @ the Renaissance location. I specifically go to this location because Alonso is so respectful of Postal Annex customers.

Been to this place many times over the years. Over the past year or two I have seen two different attendants there. The young Asian lady is great; very friendly and helpful. The older white woman with the blond hair is kind of a nightmare. I went to get some documents notarized, something I have done at this branch many times before (but not with this attendant), and she seemed so baffled, confused, and perplexed by the procedure that I ended up leaving and going instead to the Mail Exchange in the Von's plaza just a bit East on Governor. I thought it was maybe just me, but that evening when I asked my wife if she had ever been served by the older lady at Postal Annex, my wife said yes, and that the lady had insulted her! I was extremely surprised because my wife is rather oversocialized so is polite to a fault, and I can't remember her ever being insulted by a shop attendant before. Anyway, now if I see the older lady there I just turn around and leave.

Rudest customer service. Went to do a simple package drop off & was the worst experience i've had. Older American woman was the worker, was soo argumentative. All she had to do was scan my QR code and take my package. I've sent off packages before from this company & never had to put it in a different packaging, but yet told me i've been " clearly doing everything wrong from the beginning" with the worst attitude. As a small business you'd think the owners& employees of the business would be more friendly and helpful, was the exact opposite experience. NEVER WILL GO BACK to support this small business, would rather go out of my way to another Post Annex than this one in the future.

This location is handy for dropping off UPS packages but it closes at odd times, apparently because the clerk can't take a break or even go to the bathroom without closing up. That may be one reason why she always seems so crabby.

In my opinion:Heather Davis was one of the WORST and MOST INCOMPETENT "notaries" I've ever come across.Heather seems SO chronically bewildered and overwhelmed but claims she's been a notary for decades and decades!Wasted valuable time dealing with this train wreck! Watching her try to figure out how to notarize a form was like watching a monkey figuring out how to use a stick! But far less cute!!!I personally found everything about Heather Davis to be unprofessional and incompetent, which is a problem when you are dealing with court docs on a deadline. My secretary warned me but i didn't believe her. I will never doubt her again! She was super rude to me which is why I took the time to write a scathing review. If she had not been so rude, I would have just ignored her mistakes.
