I had free return with fedex, they didn't have printer for QR code. They said i had to send email. Which I didn't have any problem. After they printed my label, they charged me $1. I am not chasing $1 but at less they should tell me up front. Bad location bad customer service. BEWARE!!!

Came here to fax today while in my USPS uniform on my lunch break and the owner got upset because I let a customer know that at USPS we give boxes for free and shipping is half the price. Your prices are outrageous, you seem ok with ripping people off. I was second in line and she rudely helped 5 other customers before me after that. Really? I’m on my break and need a quick fax! I only came here because at the post office we don’t fax. A good business owner accepts there is competition out there. Clearly you have a bad attitude. Will not return to this location and don’t recommend anyone else come here. Honestly the post office is less expensive and treat people with courtesy. Bad customer service lady!! Totally unnecessary to make me wait. Also get some air fresheners because it smells like a bathroom!

I recently went in this Postal Annex and was warmly greeted by the owner. Since I am new to the area, I inquired about the rates for a mailbox and services offered. All my questions were answered and their politeness convinced me to rent their services/box. Price is very reasonable. They offer a variety of services and sell gift items including handmade jewelry. I have since received Amazon packages and went in for other services with no issue and again...always greeted with a smile.

I am so grateful to have a local postal annex right down my street. Miriam and her mother runs the business center, they are very kind and answer any questions I have. So far I have returned packages, print out documents, and print out shipping labels at this business, however they offer many more services like notary, shipping packages etc. They also have section with office supplies and snacks/drinks you can buy for a good price. Love the convenience that is in the same plaza as wing stop/subway if I need to grab something to eat and food4less if I need to grocery shop. Very nice

They claim FedEx picked up my package and FedEx is saying they don’t have anything that shows a driver picked it up. Neither one of them are helping to resolve the issue and how do you allow a service to pick up packages with nothing to show WHO picked it up or WHEN. Where is the paper trail??? Who is to be held accountable for missing packages?? So my items and money is just gone. Double loss for me and no help at all from postal annex. Thanks a lot. Take your packages to a more trustworthy service for the holidays. Don’t risk your stuff being stolen at these 3rd party places.

The poster addicts over there in the shopping center next to food 4 less that's the best place to go drop off your post your packages so UPS, Amazon,FedEx and few other places that send mail order packages.

Criminals! Charged me $5 to pick up my package from Amazon that was delivered here! Ridiculous the lady made me feel horrible! Pay the money or get no product! I called Amazon and reported them. I got no service but bad service. What a shame. You need $5 so bad and the box was right there in front of her face with my name on it. I hope that you are very successful with your business as if ants were crawling on honey.
