I recently had a project printed through Printivity. The process was smooth and the quality exceeded expectations at the price point. We ran into an issue with delivery (to no fault of Printivity's) and the customer service agent I worked with went above and beyond to help me obtain the package in time for my deadline - thanks Ryan! Printivity did a beautiful job on the memoirs we had them print. Everyone at Printivity was very responsive, from the paper samples, to answering questions regarding materials and costs, to adjusting the order and product for spine specifications. I embarked on a large project with them and they were excellent! From quote to finished product. Coby helped me through multiple iterations, reviews and edits. I ended up with an illustrated 125 page book of poems my mom had written decades ago. When we finalized and went to print the books they quoted accurately and delivered the books on time. In the process they walked me through questions and sent me paper samples so I could decide through feel. Thanks!

We had our elementary school yearbooks printed by them. Printivity was super affordable and the process was extremely efficient and professional. Great customer service! Great print quality! First, I would like to thank Ryan for assisting with my project. We had some issues, but they were fixed as fast as a rocket fly. Second, the delivery is faster than I even expected. We are located in South Florida, and the books for our academy arrived on time. I can't wait to order more from Printivity. Easy to order. Fast shipping. Cheap prices. Great quality. Can it really get much better than that?I was on the hunt for a business to print my team's cookbook of holiday recipes. I was a bit worried that I had waited too long to have this done in order to get these before the holidays. But I found my way to Privitity's site, and within a week, I had two dozen copies at my doorstep. Their prices were the best I found online, and their site made it easy to order and proof. I appreciated how every step of the process was laid out, and their proofing process was thorough. I'm looking forward to using them again for future projects.

High quality product for a very reasonable price.After an email explaining that my products were going to be delayed due to supply chain issues, I responded letting them know the deadline I was under, all the while knowing most of that was out of their control. They responded letting me know they would do the best they could to get my order to me in time to meet my deadline. Next thing I knew, my order arrived BEFORE the scheduled shipment date. Customer service is unmatched, product quality is high, and for about 1/4 of the price of Staples. Will be using them for all of my small business needs.
