It is amazing to me how service varies from branch to branch in San Diego. Go down the street to the us bank on Genesse Avenue and Executive Drive, where the tellers act happy to see you, and are actually helpful. Steer clear of this place.

Always friendly service, but the past two times I've been here the teller named Brian was maddeningly slow -- to the point where I almost thought he was doing it on purpose just to annoy me. A simple deposit/cash withdrawal and exchanging coins took over 10 minutes.
