I'm sure like a lot of businesses there's a lot of theft and opportunities going on out there for the nefarious people that do those kinds of things. But the security protocol when you go into the store and then you have to wait in this long line just to have somebody ring you up for a small item? It's no wonder that people are spending more time shopping on Amazon.

Hate this place not just this location but all of them i can't ever get a straight answer where something is and no one who works here actually knows anything when it comes to the stuff they sale it's annoying as hell after about 30 mins of looking trying to find a piece of hardware that I can't find the name for I just left almost in tears after two different people told me to go to mirrors in 34 and the hardware would be there well it wasn't and there wasn't any mirrors just countertops

Just walked out, was willing to pay a few hundred on a barrel that did not have a price on it asked the only woman associate working to simply walk 5 feet to scan it to give me the cost and or to locate it at a different location because it was wet from the rain she was not only rude unhelpful, but refused to assist me and I walked out another case of someone bringing in their own problems into work. So sad they just lost another customer.

Very poor inventory system. I drove here because they confirmed 4 units of an item I wanted. I arrived here and they have zero. "It takes 24-48 hours for our inventory to update." Why??? It's electronic! Wasted a bunch of time and gas money driving here. Don't bother. They're sold out of everything.

This Home Depot has a great selection of items. It's also in a convenient location close to our neighborhood. They rent equipment like pressure washers and carpet cleaners which is very convenient and inexpensive. The only thing that is often a problem here are the checkout lines. They never seem to have enough open and the self checkouts often are out of service. The employees are all nice and helpful throughout the store.

I bought a Ryobi vacuum (tool only) along with a set of batteries during Ryobi days where it was buy one get one free. I hit my 90 days after the purchase date and realized the roller brush of the vacuum kept stopping even when there was no hair caught in it so I decided to bring it in to this location. I didn't catch the name of the guy at customer service but he was white and bald. I went in on 9/9/23 around 3:30 brining the vacuum in. I explained the problem and he told me to go grab a new one and he would do the exchange the issue was they didn't have any in stock. Upon returning to him after going across the store to look for another one he said I only had two options, I could go to other local stores and exchange it there or just return the vacuum. I had already looked on their website and found that no stores near me had the vacuum in stock that was just the tool only. I explained that to him as well as the fact that if I returned the vacuum and bought a new one I'd have to pay full price for it now. Then he went on explaining the sale to me and how I got 50% off the vacuum and 50% off the batteries which I don't even know what that had to do with my exchange and obviously I knew that, that's why I bought it in the first place. I asked him if he could order it online to get shipped to the store and do the exchange since online it did give me an option to get it shipped to the store to pickup. Not once did he even turn on the computer to look at it. He just told me that I only had those two options. Pretty disappointed with this store unfortunately because of this one guy, seems like he couldn't comprehend why I'd want an even exchange when there was an issue with my item. To further prove that he was incapable of handling this exchange I went to the Home Depot off of Broadway where I was helped right away at customer service. They didn't have the vacuum only in stock like I said but they figured it out and gave me the vacuum they did have in stock that came with a battery. They still honored the originally price I paid and did an even exchange by returning my items and putting it on a store credit then changing the prices for me rebuying the same items.

Jerry went above and beyond helping me make key copies. He was extremely friendly and even volunteered to help another employee with their tasks to make sure I got my copies that day (other employee initially said no to making copies with 15+ minutes before they closed). Would give 5 stars just for him, but every time we asked for help loading things outside like cinder blocks, other employees would get sidetracked and eventually I got tired of waiting and did everything myself (they were in a somewhat restricted area).

All you can hope for at Home Depot is they have what you want and lines are short. Price for lumber are high.

They are useless. Asked for help and can't even look up inventory. Online says there was 8 item in stock only to come to the store and find zero. Made me waste my time and gas. Update your inventory online idiots.

For the stress, anxiety, an embarrassment. For hauling little flooring and refusing telling me to return it without a paper receipt and for refusing a digital receipt! Extremely unprofessional

Stores like this are why companies like Amazon and other online retailers have become the norm. A total waste of time to try to get any helpful information from employees. Between asking 4 employees for help (none of them had any idea the answer or even seemed to care) and the amount of time it takes to get through the stoplight to get back on the freeway I had spent an hour and a half to leave empty handed. If i HAVE to go to a home depot I will certainly never go to this location again, despite it being on my way home from work.

I have had a very difficult time setting up an account at Home Depot. The website is terrible. One glitch and the whole process is prevented from working. We bought some items from Home Depot and paid by credit card. In the process the accounting lady set up what appears to be an account with my cell phone number on this unknown account. Then when I try to set up an account online, the website will not let me set up an account since the email was already taken. Dealing with the website and software was terrible. Then I called and dealt with a rep online, after considerable wasted time. She set up an account, but it still is not working. The bottom line is the following: why deal with Home Depot when you can deal with Amazon. Home Depot is a backward organization compared to Amazon. Until Home Depot enters the modern world and cleans up their online and other services, let them bite the dust until they learn what needs to be done in order to be competitive.

I was in the carpet section looking for something for my front yard for a birthday party. Charlie (or Charles I forgot which was his name was) was really great and genuinely cares for his customers. I came looking for a specific item but they didn't have it. He tried calling other stores but they were taking too long and took his time to give me better options. Great guy. He's the reason why this place gets 5 stars. Also, the lady at the cashier in the garden section was very nice and genuine. This place has some really great staff.
