Only takes cash as payment, in 2023 that sounds fishy. I guess they don’t claim all to the IRS. $192 for a years service plus package fee after 2 days.No credit cards, no checks. ONLY CASH. Can’t do business service like that. Looking elsewhere.

Well this places is the worst it doesn’t even deserve a star you receive packages and they just leave a note in your P.O Box saying to pick it up instead of getting a phone call and them leave a message, I don’t go every day to pick up my mail so yeah they slap you with late fee charges and to add your spouse forget they charge you the double for the same amount of space your better off getting another box and if they send you certified mail with requires a sígnate which is important you get a note instead my job send me certified mail that needed my attention and guess what I got fired from a job that I have had for over 16 years thanks a lot pro pack for taking food off the table from my family and injured also so I can’t even look for another job in the meanwhile. They also make up charges.

I have to think they bought these 5 star reviews. This place is awful. Charge you extra to pick up the same day. Charge you extra if you pickup later than 1 day (which is especially funny because they don’t always honor their hours of service. Got into an argument with them one time because they just left me at the door so they could leave early on a Saturday.) Charge you a late fee if you don’t remember to renew your PO Box the exact date of renewal (which you have to show up and do with cash.) It feels as if they’re just making up charges as they go along. The service provided here is borderline criminal. There are a lot of these places. Just go somewhere else.

The staff here is always very helpful and friendly. They have gone above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to their customers. This is my second time getting the mail from here. It was back in 2019 to 2020. I left San Ysidro. I came right back in 2022 and yhe staff still have the same positive attitude as before. They have improved the office space. More brighter and more spacious. Great job Pro Packs Staff !!

The staff here are always very friendly and helpful. Very polite and goes above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to their customers. They are very organized and they do the best with what is given to them by management. They all need to be given raises. They all need to be given appreciation for all their hard work.Thank you staff.

Don't bother with them, unless you're in dire urgent need to ship something.Be prepared to have your IDs copied and your package contents inspected. Choose another shipping company. The service here is lacking.

I am making a review because I noticed they were given 1 star by more than one person. I can't speak for 2 years ago but in the last year and a half they have been amazing. Also they don't charge silly fees. I think they are just great and I think anyone else would also.

This is extremely handy and literally steps from Mexico. This is very handy if one wants to reside in Tijuana but still have a mailing address in the United States.

These people whine and cheat and will even repack your packages to sell. The price always goes up, they ask a new fee. Is the next day the free day to pick up?Yes, that is what "one day storage" means. Don't tell them anything was delivered today.Even the lady who owns the place will cheat you if she can.

Really bad customer service from part of the older lady. They charge you for everything and you can't even pick up amazon prime things the day you get them even if you paid the express shipping on part of amazon they charge you $10 dollars for "express pickup" even though you're order did not make them take an extra trip or anything. They charge like 3x what other companies do and the two of the people that work their have such an attitude and refuse to help you with anything if you "show them attitude" even if you just told them that their customer service was terrible and want them to change their attitude towards you since you are a paying customer only wanting to know why they have such bad customer service.

Most of the staff is very lazy to help look for your packages. One time told me they never recieved my package. two months later they say that I've had a package in storage for 2 months. They couldn't admit they didn't want to look, even though i kept asking at least twice a week. Its also stupid how they charge 10 if you want to pick up your package the same day it was delivered. Most of their customers live in Mx, they should be lenient about that. Otherwise we have to make line for 3-4 hours just to pick up a package or else charged.
