Wait time past appt time was 10 min which isn’t bad Need to improve check in process- I provided my id and insurance card during the appt booking and it asked for the same info at check in- why? Marianne drew my blood and she was vey pleasant.

Briana was amazing! Usually it takes a while for my veins to be found but Briana got it on the first try! She was also very kind and professional. There’s a quest closer to my home but I didn’t have a good experience there, I will always come to this one from now on. Thank you, Briana!
