When doing the blood sample, the needle has damaged my arm nerve. It makes my hand feel tingling and numb. I can't stretch my arm or I will feel extreme pain in my arm and hand.

I visited quest diagnostics on Genesee on 6/16/2025 for a handful of labs offered through Function Health. My wallet slipped out of my back pocket while sitting in the draw chair. Upon realizing its absence when returning to my car, I retraced my steps back to the lab and asked my phlebotomist if she recovered a wallet in the room in between exchanging patients (please note that draw chairs are supposed to be cleaned in between patients, so it should be obvious). She offered me to inspect the room, and I did so, failing to see my wallet in the chair or beneath/around it. I left the lab and retraced my steps back to the car once more before deciding to provide my phone number in case it resurfaced. After returning to my car for a third time, the phlebotomist called me on my personal cell to tell me that she recovered my wallet, and that she would be leaving it on the draw chair as she took her break. I thought this was strange, as the lab had only been operating just under 2 hours so far that day, and they asserted that they were short-staffed with 2 phlebotomists. It also felt inappropriate for a patient to re-enter the phlebotomy room alone. I recovered my wallet, but not without skepticism. I regret not asking for her name, as I feel eerily sure that this woman pocketed my wallet in an effort to steal sensitive information and was intimidated by my persistence despite her gaslighting. Be wary! And always replace your cards even if they are returned to you. You never know when someone may save your information for a rainy day.

Absolutely the worst. All I had to do was drop off a sample. Paperwork was all done ahead of time. Sample was labeled and ready to go. But no... they said I had to check in and wait until after all the appointments were done. I've been here 45 min to drop off and I still have not been seen. If I could give ZERO stars I would. Oh and don't forget, the car park charges a ridiculous amount.

I was at walk and came in right before they closed. Julie still took me and she did an excellent job with the blood draw. I’ve passed out multiple times during blood draws, but I didn’t get lightheaded or anything and barely felt the needle. Only reason I gave it four was because there’s no parking lot. Thankfully, I found street parking, but the garage is around two dollars for 15 minutes and a dollar each extra hour I believe it said.

Had a great experience getting labs done at Quest. I arrived at 6:55am for a walk-in appointment, checked in with their self check-in kiosk, and they were able to see me by 7:20am. Parking was easy (underground lot for $5~ depending on how long your appointment is) and the staff and practitioners were really friendly.

Very rude service and is not conscious of your time whatsoever. Walked in on standby since all appointments had been filled for the past 4 days I’d tried booking, waited for over an hour and a half, and walked out without the standby list moving by a single person. Each booked appointment took about 10 minutes to get through as well.

There is no front office staff to speak to regarding parking, check in, or testing. The Genesee location requires you to use paid parking as there is no street parking. Before parking in the lot, I tried to call the front office staff to see if you pay for the parking. No one answered the phone, as I come to find out, because there is no front office staff at this location. It doesn’t even say on their website what the parking situation is. I booked an appointment and wasn’t seen until 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment time even though they were letting people in before me who didn’t have an appointment and had arrived after me. Why schedule an appointment if they aren’t going to abide by it? If it weren’t for the amazing phlebotomist I had, this review would be 1 star. I will not be returning to quest diagnostics and will use another company in the future.

First time coming here and had trouble finding parking/office so arrived 10 mins late, tried calling and no one picked up, when I arrived there was none in the front desk, machine said I had to make another appointment, waited for 1 1/2 hours, and was never even looked at, I've been to another quest and never had issues, this one in particular sucks, don't come here, it's also a tiny cramped space and you need to pay for parking so not at all worth it.

Only do contacted draws. Can't even call them to find out if what you need is available. Staff is nice, but don't come unless told to.

Gloria is one of the workers here. At quest medical suite 180 she was extremely rude, selfish, and very arrogant human being, I came by to get testing here and she completely disrespected a delivery driver who tried to help her, didn’t tip and spoke to her like she owned her. Absolutely disgusting coming from a person who works with sick patients in a medical office. Absolutely horrid service. Never coming back. Thanks Gloria(Karen)

There are 0 stars. I was in the lab for 5 hours. A lot of walk-in patients came after me, and they called a long time before me. I was on the top of the list for at list 3 hours in their waiting room monitor, and when I told them why you don't call me, they said our list is not the same as lobby list. They were rude, raisist, and very unprofessional. Never come back again.

Simple, quick and seamless experience. Although needed to ask a few people to get to the actual place. It’s suite 180, based on where you park, you may have to cross over amongst the 2 buildings through a bridge to get to suite 180.
