5 Stars for flooring sales consultant Raquel Hernandez!I walked in the showroom with a sample of what I needed. She was able to help me find the perfect match within minutes. The ordering process was super easy. Communication is great. Pricing is reasonable. Highly recommend this company for your flooring needs.

I have bought over 10,000 Sq Ft of hardwood from Mark at Rayo Wholesale and when you need support like a finish T-molding it takes months and they won't take your call. Very unfortunate.

I was referred to this place by my flooring company. I was greeted by the girl at the front desk however was not acknowledged in anyway by the 2 guys in the back. Went to the back to check out some carpets. The guy at the desk was occupied with personal conversation with his co worker. I decided to leave as the customer service is totally unacceptable. The other worker that was engaged in conversation walked right by me no eye contact, nothing. Hopefully things will shift with how potential customers are treated.

Rayo staff went out of their way to help and support me in the difficult decision of picking a vinyl plank floor color. They had lots of samples, let me take some home, and even ordered one for me when I was unsure and they didn't have it in stock. A quality business!

If you know how to buy flooring, you can get it cheaper here than anywhere else - if you're on a budget or buying for a rental, come here and save on material, then hire an installer (ask them for recommendations, the pros all buy here so they know all the pros) and come out miles ahead of like Home Depot or some fancy flooring store. Keep in mind flooring is properly measured by the yard (9sf = 1yd), consumer-facing businesses quote per foot because it sounds cheaper but yard pricing is a lot better - just divide feet by 9 and make sure that you know how to measure (or hire a pro installer to measure, then take them to Rayo to buy material).
