They came out to measure for a job and then never sent me a quote or followed back up. Kept saying they were working on it. If you don't want the job just say so.

Our sales rep, Nicole, was wonderful and reallywent out of her way to makethis experiencesuperior. The owner, Bill, was extremely helpful and even went above and beyond. (Please forgive me if I remembered the names wrong.)We considered going with Bathfitter because they were a little cheaper, but so were their materials and warranty. In the end, we are super glad we chose Rebath.Thank you for all your efforts, consideration, and superior service.

We the customer have to EAT there mistakes as we wanted an 18 " wide cabinet in our master bath they chose & ordered a 8 " cabinet which they refused to take back ++ they reordered
an 18 " we originally asked for & forced us to pay for that also $ 1250 *
The plumbing outfit could NOT handle our guest bath toilet flange & brought in more plumbers till it got figured out
to the tune of $ 1500 *
Be very very careful as U the customer must EAT any & all mistakes rebath does * They R NOT QUALITY in our case for the mistakes they made & what they charged EXTRA for of the mistakes made *

Wow what a great remodel! My parents are getting older and are starting to have mobility issues so we needed to modify the bathroom to make it easier for them to use. The biggest issue was the tub. They were very knowledgeable and had so many suggestions and options to make everything go smoothly.We changed the tub to a walk-in shower, and added a shower chair and three handlebars. Aldo was a perfectionist when it came to installing. This has made a huge difference for my parents and they are no longer challenged when showering. Thanks ReBath!

We contracted with Re-Bath in San Diego and extremely happy with the results. Our job entailed a total master bath remodel and featured a stand alone tub with a floor mounted tub filler, a frameless glass shower enclosure with floor to ceiling tile, all new floor tile, and installation of a new vanity and plumbing and light fixtures. The job was complex in that the bath is on the second floor which complicated the necessary rerouting of water supply and drain plumbing, gas lines and gas vent piping. The floor mounted tub filler on the second floor was a real challenge, but was expertly handled.The team at Re-Bath were all craftsmen in their respective areas of expertise and were very professional. Wes Coulthard led the overall on site project effort doing the majority of the demo, shower framing, vanity and tub and fixture installation, drywall repair, etc. We were very happy to have Wes on our project...he's a true professional. Ask for Wes on your future job! And the tile team led by Dan did an excellent job creating the optimal tile layout pattern, plus top notch tile work for sure. The frameless shower glass work done by Javier Corona was flawless, creating that nice clean finishing touch.We were also very happy with Spencer, who was the overall project manager that tied the whole team together. The entire team works very well together. I would not hesitate to use Re-Bath San Diego on a future project, and would highly recommend them you.

We are very happy with our beautiful new bathroom from Re-Bath San Diego. They removed a tub, replaced a tile shower and counter, and put in new flooring. Everyone involved was very skilled, kind, and hard working. They helped us make choices without any pressure and were always on time and tidy. A special thank you to Esteban and Spencer for their expertise and attention to detail.

I just had the most delightful experience with ReBath for remodeling my two bathrooms! I cannot say enough about how amazing everyone on team was. They were all incredibly kind, honest, and had excellent communication skills. I specially want to thank Spencer for coordinating and managing the project, Ivan for doing an excellent job in my two showers and Mitch for the beautiful bathroom flooring. Through the entire project, they treated my home with utmost respect. I am so greatful that they finish the project before my wife's due. Thanks for your hard work and dedication.

We had a really great experience with Jenny for our consultation! She was super helpful and friendly. She walked us through all the steps of the process for what we could expect, as well as provided expertise to help us choose from the many great options for our shower. She didn't pressure us all when she presented us the quote, which I found really refreshing. You could really tell she wanted us to get the best deal we could. Thanks for all the help!

My old bathtub was converted to a beautiful new high quality, modern shower. The work was completed in two days, which I greatly appreciated considering this is my only bathroom. Everyone I worked with at Re-Bath was extremely helpful; Nicole initially came out for the estimate and, along with Bill the owner, met me at the show room to see products, Spencer who managed the project and Francisco who completed the beautiful install.
