I discovered that Vons is using Freshpass as a delivery service. They are the ones responsible for delivery errors, not Vons. The store itself is good. I've updated my review after discovering this.

Nicole at the floral department was wonderful! I hadn't had such nice customer service at this location before. Nicole was helpful and had a great attitude while creating the perfect arrangement. Thank you Nicole! I'll be back!

Negative ZERO stars if I could because I was racially profiled by their so called "trained" employee Santiago. He accused me of stealing groceries and bags without viewing my receipt. I called him out and called him a racist. How can you slander someone's character based on their race and gender but treat a non ethnic customer the EXACT opposite way. Charsae, the store manager was notified about this unacceptable and illegal incident. There are other reviews from other ethnic customers who go in the store and feel their personal space being violated. WE are the reasons they all have PAYCHECKS. Lawsuit waiting to happen.

QUICK STOP ! I headed over this way on Wednesday mainly to give my Nissan 350Z a good run.....I drive it very little. We have a Vons 2 minutes away from home but they seldom have the Gatorade flavors I like. After a 7 mile drive I arrived around 11.30am and parked out front of the store. Of course there is now a Tesla Supercharging Station on the edge of the parking lot these days....my wife has used it a couple of times recently. After finding the right aisle for energy drinks I grabbed 3 of the flavor I prefer and headed to the checkout. AND THEN I WAS GONE !

Wish I could say things have improved... been standing in line for the pharmacy for 35 minutes, my daughter's medication not ready despite receiving a text that it was... understaffed as usual. Hoping someone at corporate realizes soon what a disaster this location is.

The employees at this Vons makes this a 5 star customer service gem grocery store. - lost my iPhone here and they contacted me to retrieve it - had trouble with Vons U coupon app & manager James was helpful (and working on the Fourth of July) - I have seen members in bakery, produce and meats go extra mile to check for items not in stock to find them for me. Please recognize this great Vons team in Carmel Valley 92130

This review is in regards to the pharmacy within this Vons. If it was at all possible, I would leave a zero star review. Our doctor sent the prescription for new medications early in the day, many of which are new medications that need to be taken tonight. Not only was the line ridiculously long just to speak with the pharmacist, after promising us our medications within an hour, we returned to just find out that they don't even have every medication we need! It is clear that this pharmacy needs more hands as it was only one pharmacist and one pharm tech working- however what isn't clear is how you don't know what medications you even have in stock. We are now scrambling to find another pharmacy that we can get our prescriptions from tonight. We will not be returning to this pharmacy.

I give one star because of the pharmacy. For months now, they don't answer their phone. At one point you could leave a message but no one calls you back. The line to pick anything up or talk to someone is almost always long. They close for lunch with times that vary. They even leave you a message about a medication asking you to call them just to receive a recording saying they aren't taking calls. I asked another pharmacy to transfer the prescriptions there and asked them to call because Vons doesn't answer for patients. They called me back and said the pharmacy won't answer for them either! I've switched several prescriptions and am going to switch the others as well.

I like this little store. I find almost everyone working there to be very helpful. This is not my regular store, but I do end up here occasionally. Yesterday I stopped by and I believe it was the manager who helped me locate what I was looking for, and took me to a different area with the same product at half the price! He really went out of his way to help. The only reason this is not 5 stars is for ridiculous corporate decisions that the individual stores cannot help. Namely products in the ready to eat department. They keep taking away the #1 best selling Salad. Makes zero sense!

Pete is a weird, little man of a manager. Please do not take off your mask to talk to me. I can hear you just fine and do not need to see your face. Thank you. Not only was he unhelpful, but he was reluctant to help. This Vons always fails me in some way, but it's convenient. Poorly managed and no one really looks like they know what they are doing.

Von's Flu Shot - made appointments for 3:30 and 3:45, still waiting around at 4:15 for a 10 second shot, while Pharmacist state "sorry, we got a little backed up". Apparently people without appointments are 1st come 1st served so if you do have an appointment - prepare to wait a very long time. Very dissapointing.

I came here at 10:58 PM, worker by the door and told us they're closing. Why does it show closing time at 12midnight on your company website?? Why don't you have your corporate office review and update store hours?? This particular location always disappoints.

This is for the sandwich counter- did they provide any training or are these just people that wandered in that day and were given a uniform? I've been here twice and both people acted like they've never made a breakfast burrito and had to be instructed every step and were painfully slow.
