Horrible ongoing experience with this company. I ordered something from Home Depot (who decided to use Reddaway to ship the freight). Firstly, they missed the original delivery date provided, then on the rescheduled date they called and told me it had to be moved again to another day. That day came nothing arrived, and no one called. I called them and they rescheduled for yet another day, no one turned up. Multiple calls to Reddaway either go unanswered or into voicemail or they hang up on you and no return calls. I tried to speak with a "specalist" and they are in India (or somewhere offshore you can hardly understand them) and they only offer to Email the Depot - and nothing comes from that. It's now 2 weeks past the original delivery date and i still have nothing and have had no return calls. No one seems to care at this company. I have now cancelled the order with Home Depot.

This is a company you should steer clear from. I stayed home from work for two days waiting for a delivery. Not only did they not show, but when I called the local site in Fontana California. I was told, oh well, just call back tomorrow and reschedule. it didn't get on the truck today. I asked who the supervisor was and was told it is Dave Floen. I asked to be put through to his voice mail. I left a message on his voicemail with my tracking number and phone number asking to be called. He did not return the call. I then called the 888-420-8960 number and spoke with someone from out of the country who said, "I am sorry, I don't know what happened. I called over and was told that the person in charge of deliveries is gone, so call back tomorrow. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told they would call me back in 15 minutes. No one returned the call. I then called back again int he morning and was transferred again out of the country. The representative told me that they were putting it on the truck today. I asked to speak with a supervisor telling them what happened, and the man told me, I was a liar because they would not have loaded it today to deliver if I was scheduled for delivery yesterday. I then asked again to speak with a supervisor and was transferred to a lady that asked me why I wanted to speak to a supervisor. I asked if she would please transfer me to the US. She refused. I asked her name or badge number and she refused to tell me and told me that she could not transfer me to the US. She then hung up on me.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. they setup 2 dates to receive my washer/dryier combo, they missed both with a call or anything. I had to track them down and investigate the issue. I found out they had lost my package and sent it to another city. The costumer service people were so unhelpful, one of the agents actual hung up on me. it takes about 10 minutes to get through to someone. Not cool. I hope Home Depot starts using another tranp[ort service. this added a lot of extra stress that I didn't need

My home depot order has been sitting in Reddaway's San Diego warehouse since September 30th. Today is Oct 5th and they have not yet bothered to deliver it to my local Home Depot store. I check their status every morning and nothing moves! Their customer service phone line is completely non-responsive. Nobody ever picks up!

Came to pick up some fertilizer that is used on the Las Vegas Raider's football field so that my lawn can be as green as theirs, and the staff here made it very easy to pick up my merchandise.

As a shipper/receiver this company is mediocre. The drivers are great.. but the company continues store our products that get damaged as they are loaded into trailers and have these drivers delivery them. Not cool
