Corp fails both the staff and clients (former client here) and lacks the ability to uphold their own contract. You pay everything on time, they do not return your deposit in 30 days. Day 44 here, still waiting. As a client I saw a high staff turnover, because they leave the staff hanging even more than the clients, with no details. Equipment stays down for long periods of time, ie copy machine for weeks. They dress it up pretty and then they fail, again and again. They are NOT worth it.

The worst company on earth to rent your office space from. I should give it a negative 100 stars but that is not an option. Once you sign that contract they screw you out of every penny they can get. If you need accommodations, a problem resolved, a dispute over being overcharged ( which they do all the time) well you can go spit. I hate this company and am amazed they have stayed in business. NEVER RENT FROM REGUS THEY WILL SUCK YOU DDRY OF MONEY.

I truly wish I could have gave this company a negative rating because they do not deserve a 1 Star. I'm stuck in a contract with Regus Virtual office that I can't escape. The company renewed the contract without my permission, and I can't get them to cancel it. I contacted them on several occasions and indicated that I was not going to remain open and had no way of paying them after my contract ended and the company automatically extended my contact. So now I owe them 70 dollars a month for another year, and I have not found a way to cancel the billing. I spoke with an onsite manager and that was also no help. Unilateral extension of a contract should not be allowed but somehow this company has found a way to make this work to their benefit. This was not the only issue as the company bills you in advance for services to ensure that they get every penny out of you. I was promised a credit for an erroneous bill and I never received the credit. I was warned to not do business with Regus because of unfair business practices and I could not imagine a company of this size would abuse its customers. However, I was quickly proven wrong. The company live down to every bad review, I read, and I cannot imagine how they have remained in business. I really don't have respect for this company! I'm going to share my experience with others including the BBB, Yelp, Scam Report and Edit. I am blown away that this company has not been accused and sued for predatory business practices! Considering that they bind you to reoccurring contracts without your permission. I would highly advise that you really read the fine print when entering into an agreement with Regus or simply find another company. I personally feel abused and fully taken advantage of. When I requested to have the account closed, I received an email response including a trusting statement "We have a business to run". This was very sad and frustrating. I pray that others are not experiencing this issue and if so they can find some level of recourse. What a sad day for small business.

I have been with regus for more than 7 years, Dubai, Ohio, Michigan, Canada, never had an issue. However, I am extremely disappointed with Downtown San Diego Regus office. Never again

You can get charged up to 200% of your contract every month here. And here is why: I think it would be ideal for Regus to fully disclose its brand: Regus- The Hidden Fees Company. (I am not being very creative :D) So let me give you a good glimpse of what you are about to sign up for: hidden fees. I have been here for a a few months now and every single month the rent (and it is not really a rent because they are not a real estate company. They are a membership company and they compare themselves to a gym membership) is different and you get charged for things you wouldn't really expect. For example, I was granted permission to move in 4 days earlier than my lease term which was nice but then their IT had charge me 4 x $12/day for internet usage because I had setup my computer and plugged it in their wall internet. I found out that the usage of their kitchen was not initially included in the lease amount and I was being charged an additional $10/day for kitchen use. You can opt out of it and not go to kitchen. LOL They also tell you that you have a phone line that you can use but then there are a variation of minute by minute charges depending, I think, on which US zip code you call. So for example one domestic call had cost me $7.56 Basically the same thing you get for free on your cellphone, they charge you for it. And then you get charged a tax amount (not really clear to me what the percentages are) on top of every variation of the charge. So by my calculations, if you are a busy business owner, making a bunch of calls every day, you can really pay up to twice as much as you initially thought you had the office for. The building has conference rooms but you have to pay a minimum of $65/hr for a conference room which is basically a small room with a few chairs a table. They are more impressive meeting rooms for $110/hr. The conference rooms are not available over the weekends. I am pretty sure there are a whole bunch of other hidden charges that I have not yet come across but I wouldn't be surprised if I see a charge for over usage of internet above 5GB :D or some other ridiculous thing. Do yourself a favor and find another company. I am being very honest with you and sharing my objective experience here. The one star is a bear minimum of the ranking and that goes to their nice and super friendly staff, Ginger and Thelma.

Big fancy building with lots of offices. Some shared office space. Beautiful building kind of confusing to navigate. Expensive parking
