The store is always half empty

This place is an absolute disgrace. It’s hard to believe it’s still open. From the moment you walk in, it’s clear this is no longer a functioning store or pharmacy in any meaningful sense. Shelves are empty, staff are either unavailable or overwhelmed, and basic services you’d expect—like filling prescriptions or finding everyday essentials—are either delayed or completely non-functional. It’s frustrating and unacceptable, especially for those relying on it for critical health needs.

Shelves were bare looking. Still had what you needed but not a wide variety or many if you wanted to buy in bulk. They had some Souvenirs that where decently priced, you can find them by the registers. Staff was very nice!

I Thought living above this store would be so convenient and useful. Turns out for the last two years they just decide the keep the shelves empty.
And by empty I mean completely bare.
Out of the 50 times I’ve tried to go hoping to pick up basic necessities (Milk, Cream, Water, Salt. Literally anything) 95% chance they are out of stock.
Why even bother? This is precious real estate. Give it up to someone else who will do literally anything with it and keep the house coming downtown somewhat moving.
It’s pathetic and annoying.

Poorly stocked. Almost no items on many shelves. Was told it was because of the Rite Aid bankruptcy. The store clerk was very helpful retrieving those few available items from the locked displays. Also the sunglasses were ziplocked to the display and the clerk needed to cut them off to try them on. However, good thing the Similac formula was safely in a lock box !!

They have literally nothing in stock and everything else is locked up

This place is functionally closed as a business. The pharmacy is open, and they sell alcohol and chips. But not much else.

Shelves are literally empty, and the few items they do have in stock are locked up (even candy) and they only ever have one person working at a time, so if you need something out of the case the register person has to stop what they’re doing to help. Not sure how this place stays open.

Is Rite Aid shutting down? Hardly anything on the shelves. Only things left are what people don’t want to buy.

They said they didn't have enough money to complete a $30 Western Union transaction. They said sorry, and suggested I just withdraw money from an ATM.

Probably still ok for prescriptions, but most of the shelves are empty.

Went for a vaccination. Jeremy the pharmacist wrangled with insurance to get it covered which was great. He was masked for extra bonus points and Painless vaccination as well. 10/10 would recommend.

Conveniently located, but with every Rite Aid no matter what state you're in, it's a bit sketchy. Keep your eyes open and purse tight to you and hope there isn't a smash and grab or worse.

I would put zero if that was an option. The lady with the glasses is absolutely terrible and doesn't deserve to have a job there as she deters customers as they walk in; and from a company standpoint I have my own business that is completely unacceptable.
