This place is an absolute joke for several reasons. I am paying well over $200 for a unit smaller than a closet.
The biggest problem factor is the fact that the facility has no actual support and the phone number literally sends you to a call center who can’t help.
My unit which I have paid on time every month won’t open because the “door boss” locking system is either dead or broken.
I have valuable equipment inside that I need to access today or I lose over a grand for my business.
Do not rent here at any cost! You may be stuck paying hundreds of dollars for no support and no access to your actual storage….
