I like this ross, it always has good clothes options but the security its annoying. I paid at the register and when i left the security asked for my receipt which is cool every store those that then he asked me to open the bag and take the stuff out .. like what ? So i told him for him do it and put it back.. I paid at the register with a person not at the self check out … if they are gonna do that then put a security in each register to recheck after we pay… cus aint nobody got time to do that at the exit

I had a normal time shopping but at some point when it was time for me to go to the dressing room, I have never been asked to give them the clothes so that they could count which is fine but still felt weird and towards the end the lady had to recount and so I felt even more weirded out because of how serious they took things. I went to the front of the line and as I was getting my things ringed up, I noticed a worker staring at me pretty intensely and I looked away the first time to not make things awkward between us but over time I would glance back up only to find her still looking at me as if I had something. I noticed the security guard calling for back up, I also noticed that the guard also has to check your receipt on the way out and so that was new to me, I got my receipt and continued to walk towards the security, as I was about to hand him my receipt he put his foot in front of my wagon wheel so initially I thought I bumped his foot so I went to move it and he nudged it, I caught on to what was happening and I immediately got defensive because I felt like I was being accused of stealing, he gave me back my receipt and I said “you guys must have a lot of people stealing” and he goes “yeah, we have one in the store right now.”
I have never been to a Ross like this and it made me feel really uncomfortable and I like Ross but this one in particular I do not see myself going there again. I do not always look at reviews but I think I will do that more often.

Go with time! ⏱️ There is a lot of variety in clothing… shoes.
Sometimes the clothes are a little messy, but if you go early you can try on and find very cute items!

I was physical accosted in this store! After being chaperoned to the back of the store, the person who attacked me was allowed to complete his transaction. The Loss Prevention did nothing to help me. Avoid this location at all cost.

When I went there they had a poor selection in woman’s shirts the store does get in stuff in all the time tho
Just wired how most of the aisle signs where in Spanish when this is America
