Store is a disaster! Lines are long on the weekends with 2 cashiers. They expect you to take your things—off… of the hangers but don’t take the packaging out of handbags before you leave the store.

The place looked like a disaster at 6:00 PM like crazy people with no resoect for anything around them had gone through and pulled things off shelves and hangars onto the floor.

It’s 6:18pm 3/28/25 There are 13 people in line and cashier there is a lady wandering around the front in which she could be helping customers we have been standing in line for a good while Ross needs to do better with taking care of there customers there is no sense of urgency!

I was shopping on a Thursday from 12-1 PM.
Yes, it's true you can find great deals.
I give it 4 ⭐'s because it's perfect for parents with teenagers.
And it lost a star because all the jeans are too short for women and I'm 5'4, smh.
This is a very neat and organized store, I appreciate this.
Also good if you have to put a fit together quickly from beachwear to date night. Or if you spill a cup of coffee on your shirt I need to purchase something cute under 10 bucks.
I did purchase Violet salt and Australian sea salt. That was a deal!
Located in a shopping plaza with ample parking.
Inside the store is wheelchair mobility friendly with plenty of space to maneuver.
Fitting rooms and restroom available and open.

They have six registers yet only two are being used. This really sucks about Ross. They have always been like this. This is poor customer service. I give it one star.

Good selection but there's a line wrapped around the front of the store and one cashier. I'm pretty sure they're losing money doing this
