This place is a hidden gem. Great pizza and the garlic twists are so soft and garlicky and cheesy! Great atmosphere as well. Servers are very nice!

So many years, so many screw ups... and after 40 years of me ordering pizza from U.C. location and Diane ave when you had that one. You never offer me anything tangible for your mistakes and my wasted time.

i’d say the food itself is pretty good. it’s a chain so once you been to one, you know what type of pizza you can expect.Maybe it was my first experience here at this branch, but it seems a bit of a chaos when you first enter. you have people congregating, ordering, kids using the quarter machine etc all up front and you have figure out who’s actually in line.my main issue visiting here was the lack of customer care for to-go orders. when you get to the register and get your receipt, but your pizza is not ready, you’re sorta hanging out with the rest of the crowd standing there since there’s no real good place to stand. You would think because it’s crowded, the people working would get you your pizza as soon as it comes out of the oven to get you going, but no. they all seemed to be all running around, but doesn’t seem to be doing much while your pizza is sitting there getting cold.I strongly recommend once to-go orders are out, have a rep standing there calling customers out so they can get the heck out of there. There’s no real reason to give you an estimated time “ready” when your food is sitting there with no one to take care of because all the workers are Sooo busy(they weren’t).

Just landed in San Diego and making my way north out of town. Popped into the GPS RTP and here I am. Being from the St Louis area we have what locals think is great pizza. Wrong. This is great pizza! The toppings and the flavors make this my west coast go-to. A King Author's supreme puts anything in the St Louis area to shame. Then the garlic supreme.... Not recommended if you need to be back on a plane the next day. Your pores will be smelling of Garlic for days to come. But seriously this is a great pizza. Sure it's priced higher than the national chains but the quality greatly exceeds them. This is meant for someone who wants to eat pizza and not just whatever cheap thing that can be delivered. I went with a personal sized supreme and wings. The pizza was what I remembered. The wings were ok but not as good as at other establishments. While you can order online I chose to walk in and wait. Honestly I wish I got a salad from the bar to go versus the wings. It looked so good with the numerous options. One could argue healthier, too, but I'd probably drown that theory with blue cheese dressing. Overall I was very happy with this location. It featured an indoor fireplace with a view of the tv, numerous seating indoors as well as a small outdoor patio and the salad bar. Staff was helpful and service was quick. In all a great experience.

I been to a couple different Round Table Pizza spots and usually get the personal pizza that comes with salad and a drink, every location I've been to had open salad bar included with the special but today when I was serving me a little more salad one of the workers walked up and told me that I couldn't get anymore but was pretty rude about it and made me feel as if I was stealing from them.. It was super awkward. I apologized and walked away. Food was pretty good though.

The pizza here is top notch. The ingredients are fresh and they have a diverse menu. I was shocked that some of the tables in the restaurant were square however.

Priced a little high. Skimpy on cheese, even when ordering extra.

In the final analysis, the purpose for any restaurant or any business for that matter is to make money. You know, ring up a sale and put the customers money in the cash register. Not so for the colossal numbskull Joseph at the the worst Round Table Pizza in America. We're having a party tonight and rather than order pizza from a place with a far better reputation (and food for that matter) we decided on Round Table Pizza. This was a huge mistake. We ordered our pizza early, long before our guests arrived. My wife shows up at this location and sees her order ready to be picked up. In keeping with every other pizza place we've been to, my wife now standing in line asks if she can pick up our order. No! You must wait in line. WTF? Are you not interested in cash? Once my wife has stood in line for over 15 minutes, a second register is opened and she's able to get our dismal pizza home two minutes before our guests arrive. I understand this is a franchise and this ding-a-ling is the owner, but corporate needs to know what kind of reputation this intellectual ne'er-do-well is creating for the brand. Never again. Negative one star.

The staff are nice, but the manager (Joseph) is unpleasant and not very customer service oriented. I've tried to use online coupons that Round Table sends through the app and he does not know how to honor them and he is not willing to help you navigate the app. His typical response is "those are from HQ and I don't honor them". I recommend you visit another location for your Round Table meal.
