We were there for a truck check engine light. Truck just purchased from a dealership. We requested them to give an estimate for a few other cosmatic parts. They said an estimate will be sent out to us to approve the work. We were calling 2 or 3 times every day for days asking for the estimate. Finally they provided an estimate nearly $5000 for an oil pan gasket, checking the washer fluid motor, a connector and a small plastic cover for the rear secondary fuse box by the bed. I declined the estimate and asked for the truck back, they said they will already charge us even if work was not approved because they took a look at it already. They didn’t like that we wanted to dispute the charges and see their manager, so this is what they done, they broken the air compressor, removed all the fuse box covers through them on the floor even the ones that were good. They also disconnected few harness cables so we could’t leave their yard even though we paid them cash just to get the truck back because we needed it. Before we check the truck, we asked them if they did any damage to it on purpose because the staff were’t happy that we disapproved their estimate. The manager said nothing is wrong and the truck is perfectly fine and went through quality control check. By the time we were inspecting the truck to leave, as soon as started the engine we noticed nocking sound was coming from under the hood and it was pretty bad. We saw the fuse covers and the cables hanging on the floor and inside the hood. Then we wanted to sit there for a few minutes while the manager was there to see whats going on, all of the sudden the truck released all the air. The manager was taking pictures and calling his techs to question them. The manager said I don’t think they had done any quality check on this truck. I told him that I already told you they are going to cause issues on purpose but he kept denying it.At the end of the day, they took the truck back claiming that the air compressor and the nocking sound needs to be looked at the next day. This photo is showing the manager taking a look at it while his tech is on the phone. They probably were laughing at this.A formal complaint has been filed already. Depending on the outcome of what they will say about it tomorrow, we will pursue a law suite against them in court. The truck was under warranty and had extra 200k miles premium 2000 warranty that they said was all not good for any work they do.More updates to come as we progress on this problem.

I would not recommend them. I booked a service appointment weeks in advance to repair a transmission leak covered under Ford warranty on a motorhome we live in. We had to move to a hotel the night before. They did not even look at the vehicle the day we took it in, had no parts and we had to wait 4 days for part to come in. We spent hundreds of dollars on hotels and their response was not reassuring. The manager Brad never once got up from his desk and seemed unsure of what was going on with the repair. Repair finally completed a few days later and we left on our trip. 2 days later checked and transmission was still leaking. We were forced to have repair done AGAIN but chose another location. I would never take my vehicle back there. I contacted their corporate office in Houston and described the whole experience hoping for some attempt to refund some of the money I was forced to spend. Alas they did not help and once again was disappointed.

No recommend this place! Regular oil change can take week or two, because they out of parts or something else.

Put my truck into this shop and it's been there for over 30 days , they failed our DOT inspection because a headlight was out, we opened the hood and looked at the light and they had unhooked the light, also put the truck into this shop because the cruise control and the j brake went out, they didn't fix either ...this place is the worst ...GREEDY AND SHADY

We have used several Rush Truck Centers throughout the U.S., this particular location is by far the worst place to bring your truck. We took our Hino 268 box truck her to only have the radiator replaced and end up having to replace the radiator and the turbo replaced. Two weeks our truck was down and $10,000.00 spent. Everything was done entirely wrong with lack of concern to the safety of the customer and those that share the roads with us truckers. Turbo was falling apart, not locked down, smoke coming out of turbo and radiator. Extremely dangerous for us. The technicians do not know what they are doing, they take breaks all day long, they treated us horribly, bad communications, and there is no structure to anything being done here. I feel bad for anyone that visits this location you will either come out spending way more than expected and having more problems than you started with because the techs have no idea of how to work on trucks. I am so disturbed in the manner of how this entire situation has taken place and how they treat their customers. STAY AWAY!!!!

I can never reach anyone in Parts or Service at this location. When I have gotten through, the Parts Department doesn't know anything about the parts they are selling on these trucks. This place has always been a last resort effort. Peterbilt needs to do something about this location cause this kinda customer service is a joke

Limited parts inventory, I went looking for a fuel cap for a F450 they asked me for the truck VIN number, the nearest place they have it was 250 miles away, y went to a auto part store, they did have immediately, to a fraction of Truck Center price, and no VIN number needed.
