I spoke with Kaitlin over the phone today, she gave amazing customer service. She was very helpful and she took her time with assisting me in locating hair products.

Usually I have liked coming into this store but today I did not have a good experience as I feel I was racially profiled by an employee I've never seen before. I am a black woman. I came in the store and immediately the employee was eyeing me and asked "Can I help you?" with an attitude and I didn't even really need her help, but told her what I was looking for. Then she gave me an attitude and said "well everything we have is right there." I was minding my own business to begin with so other than my race bothering her I don't know why she came at me with such negative energy. I won't be coming back to this location.

This is the second time that I’ve had issues with this location. Both times I had wrong hair colors in the boxes!! The last time I was at this location was several years ago so last week, I thought well I’ll give them a shot. Didn’t realize it then, but a few days later went to go color my hair the tube was already opened and it was totally different hair color!! Of course I didn’t use it and threw it away. I called the location the girl told me I have to bring it in with a receipt! I’ll drive to Mira Mesa location from now on!!! Very disappointing ?

Everyone was extremely helpful I was pretty overwhelmed by everything purely cause I wanted to buy the whole store. There was also a girl on her first day who was extremely sweet as well as the girls being absolute angels! Wish we had one is Australia, I would live there.

I called the store to verify my online pick up order since the website did something wonky and was given complete attitude.This is the second time that I’ve dealt with a staff member, at this location, being incredibly rude with an annoyed type of attitude. I would understand if these workers were provoked, in any way, but they weren’t. I’m a kind person but I will match energy and I’m a bit fed up with this. Do better or find a job where you won’t get annoyed at people for simply existing!

everyone was so sweet, especially Alex they helped me and my partner out with hair supplies and they were super helpful. everyone was so fun and lively we had a great experience here will be coming back for more supplies definitely.

Rude! Terrible customer service! I bought stuff and came back at 7:59 while two employees were still inside and they would not open up the door and help me face waved me off even though I only needed one thing. With so many businesses dying to stay alive how are these people still in business

My experience with this particular Sally's Beauty supply is incredibly disappointing. I'm a professional hairdresser for 37 years and have visited this location on three separate occasions. Each time without fail they have been out of several colors needed. I can understand once in a while being out of a product however to consistently be out of hair color is unacceptable. While this store is geographically desirable I will no longer be shopping here.

Older woman with botox who works there, thought that i was going to steal from Sallys, i walked in and when straight to the hair colors, because i wanted a red (I did get a red, the Nature red by Ion, i recommend (10 developer) and the woman walks up to me and i asked questions, made me super uncomfortable till when i started asking questions i already know the answer to, and told the girl around the counter to go check the developer bottles, mouthed something when i wasn't looking and the younger girl went and flipped each bottle while the older woman with botox was staring at me. They were both on either side of me. I felt like i was being discriminated, because i was wearing jeans and a flannel, my hair was a mess (which is why i had to dye it lol) and overall wasn't as pretty as her. She stared at me when she was less than i foot away. I was super uncomfortable. I started to sweat and my face turned red. She didn't meet my SPED needs :( i dont think i can ever go back in there, i feel too watched and judged. Great colors, but if youre not interested in interacting with anyone there, order online or have somebody else pick up for u. She had some really great advice tho and knew what she was doing.

The sellers of this store do not provide any helpful information to the customer and I treat the customer very badly

Low regard for customers. Waited 10 minutes to just pick up an on-line order. Granted the cashier was new on the job but her manager was totally unconcerned about my satisfaction and the new employee also seemed not too worried about whether I got my order or not.

I'm standing here with 6 other customers all waiting for the store to open - posted hours and website both say the store opens at 10:00, and here we are at 10:16 with not a single employee in sight. We've been calling the phones and one of my calls was actually answered but immediately hung up. So, not sure what's going on, but not a good look.
