Horrible customer service. I tried to exchange a product and I was told that there is no available manager on duty. Therefore, the two employees in the store refused to help me with the exchange and advised me to go to another location. I will never go back to any Sally Beauty supply store again.

The girl with short hair who helped me out was rude. Maybe she didn't mean to come off rude but she was being very judgmental and rude. A lot of people come to Sally's not knowing much about hair or the right products, and I expected her to help me out. But she was being rude and judgmental and very short with me. She needs to adjust her attitude.

Lorali (hope i spelled that correctly) Was the absolutely best ....literally took over 30 minutes out of her day to help me find color explained what i should do and suggested more products for a better outcome of my 1st hair dying experience ... SERIOUSLY PROMOTE THIS YOUNG LADY SHES THE BOMBBBB ! Could not have had a better experience at this location!!! Im visiting from Alabama but whenever I come back to SD this will be the only sallys i come to because of her ?? ??

We just came from Sally's, as my daughter wanted to dye tips of her hair purple. Julia was amazing! She took the time to explain everything to us & really show us how to do it correctly. She needs a raise!!!! She knows how to treat customers Thanks you!

Well I just left this location and it was ROUGH yet again. Let's start with Mackenzie. She had a really hard time looking up my past orders. Any other Sally's I've gone to have been such a pleasure to work with and they also walk me over to the aisle and volunteer to grab the items because I have no clue where anything is. Mackenzie on the other hand would just wave her hand and say, oh yeah it's over there somewhere.... I walked back and forth twice because I wasn't sure if what i grabbed was right. As I'm in the aisle looking for what I need, Lorelei stops what she's doing on the floor in another aisle and walks over to Mackenzie complaining about something that was "bullsh1t" which was very unprofessional especially when there are customers in there. I just don't understand why customer service has gone so far down the drain.

I worked here. Worst company to ever work for. The manager is shady af and when they have issues with the manager don't bother talking with anyone... it won't do any good. The district manager didn't do one thing to investigate. I had to quit because the manager decided to say you are not loved or appreciated in this store. She said this because someone finally stood up to her. She has the worst customer service skills as does Eidy, and they don't know what they are doing when it comes to such said stuff. Mirium also has shown that she can't work with people in the LGBTQ community and that has been proven without a doubt. I found a few other people saying the exact same thing. Working here you aren't licensed and the training is not amazing.

Hours on Google are incorrect. Every time I go there, the hours online say "open", but the store is closed. Maybe they're going out of business or the clerks just don't feel like working?

I am extremely disappointed with the store managers (CHINA is her name) lack of professionalism, hostility and open aggression displayed to me. I am a 20 year loyal client and own a well established chain of salons. I was shopping for an item for my business and a young lady mentioned she wished she had a hair dresser to fix her color issues she created by coloring own hair. I gave her my card and join checkout the store manager told me in an aggressive way "don't steal my customers you can't give a business card in store you need to stand outside". This is ABSURD and unprofessional and OUT OF LINE. She was sloppy, disrespectful and taking a business conversation personally accusing me of stealing a client who was ready to buy $20 worth of boxed dye that would RUIN HER HAIR BASED ON THE FORMULA SHE CHOSE. I've never encountered such ridiculous childish and irrational behavior from a retail associate of a nationally recognized company.

I don't have a clue what I should buy but I know the problem I want to solve.. So I came in knowing I wanted a clarifying shampoo but didn't have a clue on which one to buy. Though the employees came to my rescue and were able to help.. I tried the product and was completely satisfied.. Thank you
