Mike and his team are hands down the best in San Diego! I have worked with Mike on two occasions and he always goes above and beyond. Mike is someone who really understands customer service! He made the entire process seamless to where I was completely hands off. He coordinated with the adjuster, the appraiser and all the people in between to get my vehicle back to me in a timely manner. Five stars for sure!

Waited 3 weeks for my car to get fixed, paid for a rental car during that time, and it was given back held together by literal tape! (See pictures below, black tape) Drove my car a week and now it looks exactly the same underneath as it did when I turned it in because the tape didn’t hold up, OBVIOUSLY. Now getting my car fixed is a huge deal because I have to go through the system against this company. Save yourself the trouble! Go somewhere else.

Mike & the team are amazing!!! My Honda was randomly hit by someone in a parking lot and I had so many issues going through their insurance company. I can't say enough good things about San Diego auto repair and collision. Mike is upfront about everything and he worked with my Geico adjuster to arrive at the best outcome. It only took a short time for the team to have my car looking better than before it got into an accident.
