This place is always hot and cold. Great selection of hardware but the service is too inconsistent. Pricing you can always find better somewhere else. I've done a lot of research. Joey helped us one day and talked to us like we were extremely incompetent and it was so frustrating. We won't be coming back because unfortunately the value just isn't worth the inconsistent service and value of the selection.

If you're looking for a pleasant shopping experience, ask for Nicole. She's wonderful. Very knowledgeable. Having chairs while you have to wait sometimes would be nice.

I needed to repair the door handle on an 18 year old door. The door company does not sell hardware for the door unless a new door is being purchased. Attempts to contact the company were not answered for three days. I called SD hardware and one of their associates, Joey, spent quite a bit of time over two days trying to assist me. At his desk, we looked up the manufacturer; the door company and it's hardware was difficult to locate on line, and again, it was not for sale separately. Joey was patient with my ignorance of hardware and instructed me on the best way to possibly resolve the problem.When I finally took the door apart completely and found the broken latch, another associate at SD hardware gave me a part that was incredibly similar to my broken one. The key word here is gave. It was not a part that they sold, so she "gave it to me." The door is fully functional again. Unbelievable support provided by SD Hardware. They were very happy to help me even though it was apparent that I was probably not going be spending a lot of money on hardware. I'm not accustomed to that kind of service.

This store has the most extensive inventory of beautiful and functional decorative hardware for new or old home designs to bring out the best of your home. My wife and used their services and products for many years.

Focus on hardware allows them to display many products. Not all of those are in stock, though. And pricey but top quality.

Not comment, can fine anything, in that place, someone recommended to me but can fine nothing! Also it’s too fare away from my neighbor, it’s in clairemont Mesa Blv, too fare away to me………..and inexpensive place , but not a good inventary

1st I would like to say they have a beautifull and huge variety of hardware. I was nicely greeted when I walked in. They were a little busy so I continue to walk around the girl in the front helped me as much as she could on pricing Because of all of the stuff on the wall you have to ask for pricing. I am new to this and she was very helpful but she was the cashier. She was wonderful. My number was finally called which was your assistant manager carrie 1st of all. I was very excited that I got a manager to help me because I was desperately need a device but but that all went downhill she is very rude. I can't believe she is in customer service she asks me. How can I help you very Rude She opened her book to get pricing slamming the book open continue to roll her eyes. I was not going to post this but I'm a little irritated because I will not be returning to the store so I will be ordering online so. Now it's just a gamble on what I get. But I felt this company needed to hear me because she is very rude. And i'm sure i'm not the only customer that decided to shop online because of her.

Very disappointed by them. Trusted them to have my hardware in time to close up my house, but they repeatedly failed to fulfill my order. They simply just didn't prioritize my order and cost me a lot of money and caused a huge amount of stress as a result....I'm STILL waiting for hardware that I signed for. This had NOTHING to do with supply chain issues. They just didn't order my product when they said they would....they waited MONTHS before actually placing my order with their supplier. Why? "Because we put easier projects ahead of yours". Literally their answer. Very disappointed. Looking elsewhere in the future.

Your staff is very discriminatory, I am Hispanic and I arrived asking for help to find the part I needed a little faster, they made me take a number so that someone would call me and they did not, after about 10 minutes of seeing that a couple of The women employees were not doing anything, I approached to see if they would help me, and one asked what I needed, and when I told her what I needed, she immediately told me that I needed to know the specific brand, and well, I told her that it didn't really matter what if she could help me. show what they had and well, I would take what was closest to what I needed and she told me no, until I knew exactly what brand I was looking for, which is somewhat difficult since the repair is being done to a house with things that are a bit old and No one has information on the brands that were used. The point is that she did not want to help me and as soon as she saw that a couple of Anglo-Saxon women entered the store, she told me when you know the brands, come back, she turned around and went to help the women with a big smile and very friendly, which she did not do with me. I am not saying that the store is bad, but the employees need a little more tact and education
