Newly remodeling. What an amazing venue . After 4 years or so. It came out fantastic, and the sound quality was on point.

Enough is enough. Clean up your mess already. The sidewalk and lane have been blocked off as long as I've lived in the area (3 years) and inconveniences me almost every day.

Customer service is horrid. Pat, Anastasia, and Brad are terrible at their jobs. I was charged for a ticket but never got a ticket sent to me email address. They assumed I didn't purchase directly through them and went through a third party ticket sales site so they refused to help me. It took atleast ten lengthy phone calls. And they were demeaning, and rude, and refusing me to speak to a supervisor. It was only until I was finally able to talk to the manager did they finally help my situation. So props to the manager. But the supervisor and Pat especially, Anastasia and Brad are the worst. Completely unprofessional.

Please Do Not hire Cuban Musicians who are pro-dictatorship. I come from Cuba and had to run away to San Diego because of the Cuban Dictatorship. Los Van Van is a music group that represent the worst of artist who sell their soul to the regime. I can not believe that Comunist dictator sympathisers get to play in Freedom while there are kids litterally in Jail for screaming Libertad. Shame on you for charging almost 100$ minimum per person when the medium salary for a Cuban is 15 USD a MONTH!

April 10, 2022This review solely addresses the staff on the ground floor. We have been vacationing in SD and when in SD staying at the Marriott pulse club on a Street for years. A huge shout out to Milton and everybody else who works the lobby and lets us all in on the ground floor at the symphony towers to walk through, use the elevators, and get back to the Marriott pulse club.

I've been a member since 2010, when the club when thru a transformation/remodel for 'younger' members and then it underwent a few more smaller upgrades. This review deals with eating part, even though it's a social club for networking and fun too! Chef Lance is great. Over the years, he does shrimp really well: I've enjoyed the krispy shrimp appetizer (fried with curry like red Thai sauce); the fire grilled shrimp over rice; and the banh mi shrimp sandwich. I've also eaten the hamburger over a dozen times, which is really juicy and flavorful, even without the bacon. I've also sampled the kids' meals--mac and cheese and chicken tenders are among the favorites! My husband likes the poke bowl, tuna sandwich, and ahi tacos. We've also eaten ribeye, meatballs, lamb chops, etc. We've partaken in the fancy preset dinners too--which are fabulous as well. Eating with the best view of San Diego is just awesome!

Anyone demanding instant tickets during a pandemic is an inconsiderate fool. Ticket arranging takes some time in a new venue. The people working the ticket office are working from home, because they can't work in an office. If you needed tickets for the next day, maybe that's a valid complaint, but if you want tickets back three months before the show, then YOU have the problem. The new facility is amazing and the performances are wonderful. I can't say enough about either of them.

I absolutely love going here! but i do want to add that as a trans woman ive felt very uncomfortable attending concerts here because of other audience members. I almost left after the first half of the concert because people were craning their necks DURING the music to stare at me. At least 12 different people. The concert hall to me is sacred ground, to have this happen there was an affront to the art of music.
