The Scripps Miramar Ranch Library is a lovely public library nestled near Miramar Lake. It boasts a beautiful space with vaulted ceilings, old Spanish doors, and a charming courtyard with a fountain. The library has a large children's section and an amazing Friends of the Library bookstore, where visitors can find discounted books. Although the library is currently undergoing exterior renovations, it still offers ample seating and a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for remote work or quiet study. Visitors can also enjoy the nearby duck pond, with duck food available for purchase in the bookshop. Overall, the Scripps Miramar Ranch Library is a gem of a library, highly recommended for its tranquil ambiance and diverse amenities.
Spent a lovely afternoon here with lots of comfortable seating and peace. Note: LIBRARY UNDER EXTERIOR RENOVATION with less access and parking. No view of lovely pond from library. Completion expected sometime in 2025.

Such a great library! It has vaulted ceilings, old Spanish doors, a courtyard with a fountain, an amazing Friends of the Library bookstore, a huge children's section and I can't think of another library with its own duck pond! (Duck food for sale in the bookshop.)
