Came here with an upload issue to my flash drive, and Cameron quickly jumped in and had resorted to a quick resolution. He was addressing all my concerns professionally, promptly and the biggest concern AFFORDABLE . He takes walk ins and has his wall full of YELP winner posters because of the excellent service and honestly. His business offers affordable prices he doesn’t try to sell you something that isn’t needed. This business has flourished based on the code of the Bible what comes around goes around. Come see them for laptop or computer issues!! Local off Adams Avenue and workable business hours. Clean shop and he also sells used laptops which is a better way than going with Offer Up Or crazy Craigslist.Thank you SD Laptops, may your business continue to grow on the code of honesty.

Wade and Cameron have helped me navigate all sorts of wacky laptop issues, a machine getting stuck trying to activate windows, data management, copying over a really annoying computer program to a bunch of other machines, and a whole host of other issues. They're kind people, really communicative, and are truly inexpensive. A fantastic place to be. I'll work with them for years.

Visiting from Australia my laptop needed repair quickly. Service was great and everything was fully explained. The repair was completed within 2 days, which included ordering and receiving the replacement part. I would highly recommend this business.

I needed to upgraded my laptop's memory, but I couldn't open it without risking damage, so I brought it here. Jim greeted me and was very friendly. They quickly did they upgrade for half what I expected to pay. Highly recommended.

These guys always do a great job no matter what I throw their way. One time, the very kind and patient gentleman helped me out, took a while but there was nothing he could do about my product's planned obsolesence, it could not be prepared. I asked how much and he asked how much I thought was reasonable! I love this, who does that? THEY DO!! top marks.

I am a resource that assists local small business by providing free interns for those that lost work during the pandemic. I went in just to see if they could take my information or hear about our internship opportunities we provide to companies (no cost because we are a nonprofit) and he was extremely rude to me. I’m not a customer, but if that was how he spoke to people I wouldn’t recommend this place. Go somewhere else for your IT needs.
