Knowledgeable and friendly staff, open late, excellent product selections, and if they don't have something, they are the only business that will actually get it in stock for you instead of recommending useless junk to close the sale. Take one last trip to your old smoke shop and tell them to hold their breath and count to 1000... you go to SD SMOKE SHOP now!

The bomb smoke shop! I love Web, he's such a chill dude! he always makes sure that I check in and use the 20% discount! He's very knowledgeable about products and makes my husband and I feel so welcome :-) if the manager or owner is reading this: Web should be promoted! Honestly if it weren't for him, we would have continued shopping at The Cage as that has been our family smoke shop for years; but ever since we met Web, we'll walk the extra block and a half just to see dude! And honestly the prices are 50% better than The Cage! Much love to SD Smoke Shop!

Customer service counts most for me. These are the absolutely nicest guys - friendly and helpful. The prices and selections are tops and I always take friends there even if it's just for papers or incense. We need more business owners like this! People over profits must be their motto, and I'm here for it
