I had a great experience at this storage facility! Josi was amazing — super kind, patient, and professional. She took the time to show me around and helped me find the perfect unit close to the elevator, which makes everything so much easier. The place is clean, safe, and well organized. I definitely recommend it!

I've been a customer at the point loma location for over 10 years and I've liked the changes made to the company since the purchase. Easier to pay and more ways to pay, Magda has been awesome giving me reminder calls literally needed that.
