Alejandro was absolutely amazing! He helped my sister find her perfect scent, and when I went in hoping to find mine, he truly listened to what I liked and didn’t like. He quickly and effortlessly matched me with a beautiful perfume that I absolutely love! Wish I could give more than just 5 stars for the effort and time provided.

I went to a Sephora in north county to get shade matched for a foundation and I decided to come to the Sephora in fashion valley to get a second opinion. I don’t really like coming to this Sephora because when it’s busy I feel like that staff are overstimulated with the foot traffic and the customer service isn’t the best quality. The individual who shade matched me was not very welcoming- it felt very transactional. They approached me and told me to look up and found a shade, told me to look in the mirror and then gave me the foundation. I asked if I could get a sample since I am trying out a different shade before I commit to this shade and they said “well there is not a lot of foundation left” I said it was okay, I didn’t need a whole lot. I just wanted to test it out prior to purchasing the foundation. They didn’t write the number of the shade on the bag the sample came with and I said thank you and they just walked away. I saw them approach their coworker right after with a very friendly demeanor and was kikin’g, I felt like I was the issue. Overall, I love the selection at this Sephora and there were other friendly staff, but it makes me hesitant to want to return to this location because it’s not the first time I have experienced this with their staff.

So today I went to made a return n to get the right shade for me and Fernanda was helping me with that. She’s the best. I haven’t felt this comfortable with an employee. She has patience n helped me finding my shade. THANK YOU FERNANDA!!

Came in for a specific item but they were sold out of the shade I needed. I wasn’t 100% happy with that item anyways so I asked for a suggestion for something similar but less drying. The worker recommended something from Tower 28 and it’s probably the best concealer I’ve ever tried (and half the price of the hourglass one I came in for). Really excellent customer service.
