The customer service here is so on point. I interacted with 5 of the staff in my 30 min visit--2 of the staff at the door greeting and weighing in on a product I needed help with. 1 person consulting my friend and I on another product.And then the two cashiers impressed me the most. It's the Thursday before Christmas and a super busy long line, but one cashier paused between customers and calmly assist me before moving on to the next person in line. Perhaps it's the vibe that the staff cultivated but I was impressed that the mood was so relaxed even though it was super busy. Excellent management and team work! Thank you!

I absolutely love this Sephora location. I got a full face makeup session done by Tera. She’s amazing! I was even able to get in sooner than my scheduled time because the manager Claudia was kind enough to offer me an earlier time. Tera is an amazing make up artist my make up looked amazing all day since my event was in the evening time.I will definitely be coming back to this Sephora for all my needs. The staff is very friendly and an accommodating.

Come here a lot and should do a review. Store is clean and neat. Employees are very helpful. A shout out to Jade for today's help. She is very patient with my kids' questions and helped shade match a concealer.

Very unprofessional place. Checked in at 11:40 am for 12 pm makeup appointment. The lady got the wrong shade, had to removed it, and they told me that they have to stop the service at 1 pm without finishing. I was upset and they assign a different person who ere slow and didnt finish at 1:30 and she also had to stop to go somewhere else!I am late for my wedding, makeup not finished, and very very upset. The manager had very bad costumer service manners. I am a health care provider and this is not how you deliver service. Employees Incompetence is not the costumers fault.

Unfortunately, just popped in at five minutes before eight not realizing what time it was (wanted to pick up a quick powder after dinner) and as I was walking through the door before I could even open my mouth to ask for the powder, a young woman made it quite clear that they were closing in five minutes... No "What would you like?" Or "How can we help?" nothing...I suppose if you were that anxious to leave, one should not admit customers 10 minutes prior to closing... I guess I'll order my powder from someone else online ?I spent 20+ years in retail, and while I completely understand how exhausting it can be after a long day... That one last sale might have sent them over their goal? Or it seems most certainly actually helping someone get excited about a product prior to closing would be more fun than just standing around??... But apparently not.

Everyone has their own experiences, and I get that, but why need to mention you're a VIB or "the highest level of customer" when giving a bad review for a location? Workers don't know this. It's a weird flex, but I digress.The location in my opinion is an awesome place. Stephanie has always been so helpful whenever I have been here, and she really takes the time to help out. The only reason I gave this store a four is because it seems kind of cluttered in here, and yes I know it's a smaller store compared to other ones. The aisles seem packed or not like adequately spaced out in my opinion. It can seem even more like this when the store is actually busy.

Horrible experience, Jade is the worst she seriously needs customer service training ? ?Lack of customer service no patience with clients. Shes rude and disrespectful. This is a nice Sephora! But she hates her job for sure!

Very helpful staff without hovering, The testers were being cleaned and organized while I was browsing. Well stocked products. I usually order online but prefer to test colors and foundation texture in store. Parking can be a little challenging at times but there's some designated reserved spots for online pick-up.

Not too into makeup personally, however, this experience was less than good. Cute makeup was available but most of the testers were destroyed. Staff was friendly though!

This store is really the worst. There are so many people working that there actually isn't room for shoppers. I am the highest level of customer at Sephora and I like to pop in the stores and see where the wind takes me while I'm shopping. Well the wind blows you into about 100 employees in a very small space! Each aisle had 2-3 employees standing on it. There literally isn't room for you to walk. I also don't want help when I am shopping, I want to browse, explore new products and take my time. They won't leave you alone I recommend only having a few employees around to be able to answer questions. 2 stationed on each aisle is overkill especially when the aisles are only wide enough for 1-2 shoppers at a time! What a turn off to walk into a store have have 10+ employees staring blankly at you lol

I love going to this Sephora and they always have what I am looking for in stock. This store has a great layout and everything I need is here. Always clean and well organized. Friendly staff and very helpful when I need assistance.

I like that this place isn't a busy mess like the ones farther south. But the customer service here is weird and kinda sucks. I was asked if I needed anything by probably 7 people in 5 minutes. I just wanted to look around and be left alone and I understand wanting to be helpful, but holy crap I felt attacked. This over-friendliness ends when a worker who is helping someone needs something and either shoved past you without saying excuse me or pushes you out of the way to grab something for someone else. It's such an insincere helpfulness here. They desperately need retraining on how to just be courteous. Both times I've gone, in the span of max 10 minutes I've been shoved aside or trampled over twice. And both times I was bugged incessantly. It's just bizarre.
