Yesterday I went to exchange pesos for dollars and they took me at 22.50. I felt robbed, they couldn't even give me a receipt. I wanted my money back and it wasn't possible. This is the easiest way to steal. I gave them 1000 pesos of my change so they could benefit from it.

Terrible service on October 9, I sent a box to Mexico and to this day they have not given me an answer as to where my package is, they do not have any information or my tracking guide, the only thing I know is, if they do not give me an answer, I will file a complaint with the California department. consumer affairs because I am paying for a service they are not giving it to me for free.

On 6-14-23 a package was given to be delivered to mexico. As of 11/1/2023 no information has been given on arrival or information regarding said package. We can conclude it was lost but the store has not given any information on whether the customer will be reimbursed for the shipping cost or cost of the items shipped. Emily was the cashier In charged of processing the order. Next time be more amiable with the customers don't brush them off and tell them "A ver como le hacen" when asked about information about the package. You want to brush off the issue but you don't realize we have been customers for over 10 years sending money to mex. If $250 is worth loosing a customer that has been part of your services for that long than management is extremely short sighted. I would like to come to solution and don't end calls when contacted.

The service is super phenomenal, the dollar is a good price in Mexico compared to some other places I visited, it has waiting seats, apart from there is almost always space outside to park your vehicle, it is very well located, the truth is, the service is phenomenal , although it is not always the same person to serve, and some have no character.
