Very clean and organized.
But.....the female employee is rude I asked her how much and replied very rudely. I just gave her the money and was like keep the change and your funky attitude cause I don't need it! And walked out. I was irritated.She was very Rude and annoying!!!

Car wash was good just pay attention on the in and out cause it is time based, and if you go too fast you are not using it fully. Gas prices were super high in comparison

Neve have been so mistreated in my life. When I walked in today, I was shouted by this faked blonde old lady, she gave me a rude answer when I asked where the Ramen was.
When I decided I didn’t want to buy anything and rather go to the jack in the box next door instead of being insulted. She had locked the door, and implied I was trying to steal anything.
I understand this area, especially at this time, is I bet, precarious. However, she was the rudest,
And incorrect person I’ve experienced in years.

The worst shell in customer service I have ever seen in any business. The employees here are near combative when dealing with customer issues and leave you feeling attacked and disrespected. It is owned or managed by a person named Neeth and he clearly has bad management skills that trickle down to his staff and their abilities and attitude. I can easily get fuel and car wash elsewhere and I'm never using this Shell again. I see this level of substandard service by businesses owned by certain people that have no clue how to be better.

Went in to use the restrooms and buy refreshments. Asked long gray haired lady at the register if we could use the restroom and got a very rude response. Regret that I still got my refreshment here but would not stop at this location ever again.

The customer service at this location was very unprofessional and rude. I has just finished pumping gas and the lady working the register was rude. All I needed to do was use the restroom and she gave me an attitude about it. She said I needed to ask permission to use the restroom. She also gave my wife an attitude as well. You really need to work on getting better customer service at this location.

Completely unnecessary, very expensive gasoline. What is the problem with this gas station charging a lot more than other gas stations! Do not come here.

I was parked in a parking space for 10 mins and a lady came out told me it’s 15 min only and kicked me out. She said she was watching me! Made me feel uncomfortable. I regret filling up here.

Overpriced gas with passive aggressive female worker. Argued about whether the bathroom is available to public after the customer used their bathroom. Should have put a sign up if they are that picky about who to use their bathroom, so I can skip right away before fueling my car here
