Drove up around 9pm with a bathroom emergency; was told that the bathroom was not available for customers and to try across the street. I told him I'm not sure I can even make it that far and he just apologized. Apparently their bosses closed them during COVID and never reopened them. As I'm slowly waddling back to my car, the other employee leaves the store and goes around the corner to use said bathroom. I got across the street and BARELY made it to the toilet. I kind of wish I hadn't made it back to my car so corporate would get the message, but maybe this review will do the trick.

Had a horrible customer experience issue today with car wash malfuctioning and clerk telling me they could not reissue a new car wash code. I presented several car wash receipts and nicely requested that I receive a new code as my car was covered in partial soap. An older hispanic manager by the name of Ernesto was one of the rudest individuals I have ever dealt with. He said oh well! You have to follow instructions. Worst customer service ever!!....Whoever owns this franchise needs to reevaluate this guy. I feel so sorry for the employees there who seemed to be intimidated by that jerk, addressed him as Patron, and were reluctant to provide his name.

10 cents more per gallon of you don't select the car wash. Not sure how much the car wash is. Get your gas here instead of across the street where the pumps are broken (as of December 2021)

This place is clean! Customer service is 2nd to none, There is no restroom and they do not sell alcohol of any kind at this location. 7-11 recently purchased this location and is in the process of upgrading and transforming the convenience store portion .

You might have to use your pocket knife to select an option on their screen when using your rewards card and card to pay for gas. Worst Shell in the area.

The car wash broke down and the RIP offs did not give me my money back or a rain check wash. Tell that Muslim owner that the last of the Great Prophets was a merchant and it is written that "there is a special punishment for dishonest money changers!!"

Card swipers never work on gas pumps you have to walk in to store, they suck!! Like we have time for that!
