They only sells gas and snacks but no service offered to customers. My kid urgently needed to go to bathroom, while I was fueling the gas, they told her its for customer only. Then it’s out of service… really? Where do you poop yourself? Many SoCal gas stations are petty about offering a bathroom to customer…never going back. Good luck with your petty business.

The little black guy with the accent doesn't know how to use the register. I paid cash, then he tells he I have change before I even went out to pump. He always messed up the fuel rewards. Someone needs to teach him

1)The staff are not very people friendly, but do there job just fine.
2) they close during the day for like a half hour randomly throughout the day multiple times so don't bring cash.
3)Clean store.

I would disagree with Monty, I know the attendant he is referring to. She is kind, well spoken, I get gas from this station 1-2x a week. I know most of the staff. Dark Hair color doesn’t make a human bad or unfriendly bc they don’t look like you. Also one is a while people can have a bad day- look around.

The woman there is very unfriendly, dark straight hair, nose ring. I said "thank you, have a nice day" (I'm very well spoken) she looked and said nothing, just ignored me. This location, historically has been great and very nice staff except her.... where's the customer service these days??

I use this station all the time. They are fairly priced. They are clean. And I accidentally overpaid $20 in cash without noticing and the attendant came out to return it. Awesome gesture in this day.

I filled up with gas one day needed to use the restroom and was told it was out of order which was not true. If you take my money you need to provide a restroom I’m not coming back there.

SCAM!! Just want to let everyone know about scammers in Shell gas station on Midway: we always used that location and bought gas for cash with $0.20 discount - until today. A cashier received my money, asked if I need a receipt ( we never wanted, just trusted) and then, slid some card ( I thought something strange, but thought maybe I never paid attention before) on a terminal . I pumped the gas, took a receipt from a pump and left. Only later, I checked my receipt and realised that I bought the gas for whole price and certainly much smaller amount. And the guy used someone' card and had my cash - double profit. Be aware of this scam! Never will go back to that Shell.
