I've been coming to this Shell for gas and carwashes since 1999 when I turned 16 years old. Today, I tried to use my shell rewards number at the pump, but it wouldn't let me put a card in after putting my number in for some reason....no big deal I'll just go to the window and pay at the window with the cashier...I get up to the window and tell her I needed to get gas(don't remember how much)..she then tells me that if I use my phone number I have to come to the window. I POLITLEY tell her this is the only shell like that but it's not a big deal...she rolled her eyes at me....I didn't respond as I thought maybe she was just having a bad day....but then, when she asked if I wanted to enter my rewards number I said no as I just wanted to get my gas , then go through the carwash, then leave...she again rolled her eyes at me. Had she not rolled her eyes at me and given me a condescending attitude I wouldn't have even thought about it again...but it appeared she was going out of her way to be unprofessional and just not nice.
She just needs to be trained ok a customer service friendly attitude and she needs a customer service friendly voice.

Just be nice girl....we have bad days but you can't roll your eyes at customers and talk in a condescending tone of voice. I'm a native to to PB and this car wash is valuable to our community as it brings a kind of vibe that goes with our community..when the employee blatantly acts unprofessional that's not cool. Feel better anyways.

This gas station is not open 24 hours. When I arrived, the whole station was closed.

Paid for Extreme yet there are still plenty of yellow spots left that come off easily when rubbed a little. This station never cleans properly. ?

Gas isn't the cheapest, but not bad. The car wash is great and the token you get to vacuum your car is excellent. Like 5 or 6 minutes of vacuum time.. much better than any other place. Also, they have a super, and free, air pump. Check and fill your tires up. Very nice..

Pretty sure this gas station has gas pump skimmers!My credit card was charged over $1000 for an unauthorized transaction after I swept my card at this gas station. I know it happened to other customers as well. Please be careful!

My credit card information was stolen after I used it at this location. Definitely pump skimmers! So inconvenient!

Gas is cheaper here but honestly the gallons are not true. I pumped I 20 gallons and suv was only half tank my fuel tank capacity is 24 gallonsTry it for urselfeIt's a modern day scam.Pump here n then elsewhere u will know the difference without a calculator
