Fueled up today for $11, looked at the report a few hours later! They wrote off $175, I will look into it, be careful! I’ll write later...we figured it out or not!
HEN paying by card, the pumps are defrauded for a large amount, it is impossible to resolve the issue with the operator, do not fill up at the shell and at this gas station, they steal money from cards!

Stop by tonight to put air in my tire. The machine is missing the piece that puts out air and the guy inside the station was high. He had no idea what to do or say. I mean I understand that it is a gas station but have some standards. He couldn’t form a sentence let alone a transaction.

Today I stopped by 7:15 pm ( March 22) for gas and a car wash. The guy was very rude, did not say a word back to me at all. He doesn’t seem like this job or not having a good day. I don’t go to this gas station unless I have to. What a service!

Busy usually, two pump islands, well stocked smaller store, car wash, and water & air. Corner location only accessible from West (Mt. Alifan) and South, East traveling Balboa Ave{blvd}.Helpful attendants.

This may be the first time I've ever gone to a gas station during the day and it was CLOSED. What kind of gas station is closed on a Saturday at 11:30 AM? So many cars driving in and out - totally confused! No sign on the door or on the pumps - nothing. Couldn't even get a carwash (even though the lights were on inside it) because they make you come into the store to pay now. That was the only reason I ever got gas there - because I needed a car wash too. I guess I'll be using Luv.

I came to this property to spend $100 on gas but there's no bathroom here for the customers so I will never come back here again horrible service.

Column number two doesn't work. They debited $40 from the card, but the gas did not enter the tank. I approached the operator 4 times. Didn't help. As a result, I lost $40.
