I just pulled in to get gas. Multiple pumps are out of service, and since it has a reputation for card skimming, I went inside to pay. The woman at the counter looked up briefly when I came in, then went back to texting. I waited a full 30 seconds (doesn’t sound like long, but it’s long when you’re waiting for someone to finish texting before they come help you) for her to finish texting before she got up and acknowledged me. And then even while helping me, she continued to look at her phone. Just very unprofessional.

Came here because my local 711 debit card machine was down this morning. Went in and got my usual 3 monster energy drinks and two packs of smokes cuz I am what I am don’t judge me. Anyways the cashier was very rude and had no personality . I could tell she was on drugs. Also there pricing is 10 dollars higher then any other gas station in San Diego county for the items I bought.

Stopped in here super late when most of the shopping center was closed. It was very well lit which I appreciated since it was late at night and being right off the freeway made it easy to access. Their prices are higher than most gas stations. The convenience store looks like it's being renovated and was closed.

Run down, dirty, no paper towels, cashier talking on the phone ignores you when you walk in. Doesn’t deserve to have the shell logo.

I commonly use this Shell gas station due to its location and the point that when I get there I don't have to deal with long lines and the service is great along with the people.

I went there to buy lottery tickets and the gas station clerk at that time 07/19/2023 around 11:30 AM, was talking on the phone in another language probably Middle eastern or Arab language, obviously not a business call, I gave him my Powerball play slip filled out. He placed in the Powerball machine reader but he chose the Quick Pick option, then when I noticed that I told him that those printed numbers were not the numbers that I chose, he in a bad manner told me that I don't know I don't play that Sh%#%, it was his fault but he didn't want to accept it and wanted to go into an argument raising his voice against me.

Do not use the new car wash with the rollers, it will cause scratches and swirl marks. Too bad they replaced the touch-less method.

It's the worst gas station among the three in tierrasanta.-highest prices, by far-intentionally no prices on anything in store (candy, drinks, etc)-worst car wash I've ever been through ($17, and only lasted like 3 minutes, and the dryer only gives you 30 seconds)
