Review for car wash only. Overall, this car wash did a poor job cleaning my car. Hardly touched the sides. The brushes spun behind my car, but never moved, then just stopped. This car wash (the $12 version) consisted of applying soap, rinsing off soap, then a dry.

Love that they have the bathrooms inside and they are clean. Have so vast majority of snack and beverage selection. Love that it's right by the freeway.

They ask you about these 7-11 rewards EVERY SINGLE TIME and HOLD UP YOUR TRANSACTION. Most annoying gas station in America. Their manager needs to be fired for pushing these poor employees to do this every single time.

If I could give them negative stars I would. I went to put 15 in my tank their pump was broken wouldn't move me to another told me I'd get a refund in my account later that night and it's been a a day and a half and still nothing they suck !

Today I experienced absolutely the best customer service and business practices I have seen in the gas station. I went in and purchased two scratcher tickets, and then told Kevin, the young man behind the counter, to put $20 and number 18 for me. Like a dummy I drove off without pumping any gas. I called him to see if there’s anything that can be done or if I had to make the 15 minute drive back. He had informed me that he had already reverse the charge, and that it would not come up as me being billed for it. I thought it was incredibly honest and absolutely on point. Thank you Kevin and thank you shell!

I am writing this review only for the new car wash that was recently upgraded and built.The gas station and staff have always been great.I wanted to write this review and make management and or owners aware of the car wash.First the prices increased and I feel the new car wash got worse. Let me explain. The lights are incredibly bright, you have bright blue, red and white blaring into your face while trying to drive in. Once the car wash starts, it turns into a disco inside. There is about 25 different lights blaring into the car. This was during night and we had to cover our eyes just so we don’t go into shock. HahaThen when it’s all finally over, to drive out you have to try and ignore the other 10 lights flashing right into your eyes while trying to get out. The dryer got worse, they are fin shaped and on the side that barely dry the car or hood. So you increased prices by 25%, added 100 lights, made the dryer worse and figured it would be ok? Managemnt, contact the car wash vendor that installed this downgrade for you and ask for a refund. I’ll be going elsewhere until you figure out this mess.
