The store is only opened when the manager is awake during the day.
Sat here for 20mins while a sign said bathroom break.
This is exactly why this is still a minimum wage job. Take it seriously and maybe they will give you more than chump change.

Update: 11/10/23You STILL CANT USE REWARDS HERE. the pumps do NOT let you press for rewards. This is so basic I don't understand how you're scamming your customers like this.It's crazy how every pumps screen doesn't work properly.Can't add rewards to any of the pumps, none of the pad buttons work properly.Also really weird how no matter how lightly you touch the dispenser, it always goes off with the red flashing lights saying something about property damage?

I have used the car wash many times but lately twice I used the car wash once no soap and the second time no rollers to wash the dirt off. I went inside to ask for a refund and both times they refused to give me a refund. The second time I was told they don't have anything to do with the car wash. So another business I no longer give my money too. There is no customer service, care or pride in giving customer service any longer.

This shell is ok, not great. The place could use some updates. The location is good. I usually fill up here because costco line is not worth it and their gas is not something you want to put in your car over time. The pricing seems like the best in the area.

the current night attendant, a short, blonde caucasian lady probably in her late 50s is constantly acting erratically like she's on something. she's always mumbling to herself and takes forger to use the register. she also gives attitude when you try to go in while she's smoking outside. she's also has trouble counting the proper change. doesn't the register do that for you? i would not be shocked if she steals from the register.every other cashier is cool though.

Same as ever; they met the requirements of everything I need when I go to the gas station.It's great to see everything is clean, everything is working, and I get my receipts without having to go in and ask for them when I'm done getting gas. ???

DO NOT USE THIS SHELL! They put a $75 charge on my card in addition to the $25 of gas I actually put in! When I called they said "you have to call your bank" with no resolution from the merchant at all!

Do not use their car wash!! This was the worst car wash I have ever had, and I totally wasted $9. The entire car didn't even get wet! In the back of the car, a strip about 4 feet wide is still covered in road dust and did not even get moist at any time during the VERY short wash. Looks horrendous. Total waste.

Shell gas stations in San Diego have rewards program including Ralph's rewards. You can use them directly on pump or inside with cashier. But for some reason (???) cashiers systematically shuts down rewards screens when you checking in so that you miss possibility to use rewards. It's made on purpose since it was twice done for me. On my question "why you hide rewards screen from me" cashier (old Asian lady) just said "sorry".

Half the time the card doessnt work at pump and you have to go inside. Went inside, they sent me back outside still didnt work, then they told me had to put pump back and then waited in a other 10 minute line to be assisted. Never had problems with a pump like thus gas station

The cashier and workers rude and sounded like they did not want to be there. The managers must not enforce rules for checking dates on items because I got an expired snack and drink. The store also looked dirty. Thumbs down

The only station to get diesel and thus lots of truckers and guys with free candy. If you don’t like free, the store got good verity of candy bars and everything with corn syrup to get your fix - sorry meth friends, didn’t see Mt Dew. If Costco gas too busy, good stop to pay about 30+ cents extra per gallon and save some time. Negative point for car wash not working and left spots all over me car.
