Aug 17, 2022. Always the cheapest gas. Other than costco gas ofc, but its cheaper than other shell and chevron stations neary

The sign says it closes at 11:00pm, it is a Sunday night and I walked to shell expecting them to be open, walked up to the doors at 10:55 and a man yelled through the doors "no we're closed.. we're closed". I showed him the time on my phone and he still denied entry. All I wanted was a soda bro and now I gotta walk home empty handed.

Was there this morning and in the afternoon I was notified by my bank that someone tried to get gas with my card there again, but was denied because of incorrect pin. The machine has been tampered with and the number to call is not working

Okay so I ran out of gas for the second time in my life about a half mile from this Shell location. My cars literally in the middle of the road so I'm like damn gotta be quick about this. So after putting on my hazard lights I check maps for any nearby gas stations, and was relieved to see that the Shell was open, hours everyday from 12 am - 11:59 pm. Great! So I walk there with my gas can only to discover, to my horror, that this Shell station was NOT OPEN. The place is pretty much dark. All the pumps are shut off. And the hours on the door clearly read 5 am to 11 pm. Great. Oh yeah and did I mention it's 3 am and I can't get ahold of anyone to come help me? Businesses should make keeping their hours updated online and on map apps a priority, as many people rely on these apps for accurate hours of operation and can be extremely inconvenienced If these hours are not updated!

Noy is amazing! Always has a smile and ready to help, has answers to questions and just makes transactions easy in general, I get beer at this location and EVERYTIME she's smiling having good conversations with the customers! She's one of the reasons I pick this store to stop at! Such good energy ! She needs a raise

Here before 10am. The pump handle at pump 10 was covered in Diesel. Then when I tried to grab a towel to wipe my hands, the towels are all empty. The screen on the pump sits in the sun for most of the day I imagine, as it's nearly impossible to read. This station is a mess. Would never come back here.

Normally I wouldn't write a review on a gas station cause I've never had a bad experience....until today. The woman who was working around 4:30 pm on 08/16 should be looking into an attitude adjustment. I didn't catch her name but she looked like a cross between Asian or Native American....anyways i was gonna get get gas and needed to put air in my tires but I went inside to get change. I asked for change and she just said "it's right there" with MAJOR attitude. At first I thought she was talking about a change dispenser so I turn around and walk to see what she was talking about (I was confused cause she didn't point out what she's talking about and just said it's right there) I'm looking around and she again looks at me like I'm stupid and rudely said "what are you doing?! It's right there, it's free"...I'm confused at this moment and at the same time I'm thinking is this woman really talking to me like this..she continues to look at me like she's annoyed and I'm stupid and I'm approaching the counter thinking "what is this woman talking about?" I eventually said are you talking about this box right here? And I see a button in it for air and she's telling me I have to click it outside with her same attitude. At this point I wanted to call this woman out on how she was behaving towards me. She then said with her attitude "did it work?" At this point I was like you know what I am not giving my time. I told her I was gonna go somewhere else and walked away. You have to understand I am used to putting quarters in air machines. She could've kindly explained how it works and at least point out and show me the thing without standing there and just saying "it's right there" rudely as I am stupid. I am not one to think people should be fired but this woman......whoever hired her needs to talk to her about her attitude or let her go if she refuses to be kind. I'm assuming this is the same woman on the negative reviews.

I pretty much only come to the mini-mart because Shell gas is quite expensive... Everywhere. The mini-mart and restrooms are always clean. Lotto, lottery tickets, ice, vapor, cigs and exchange propane.CVS is across the driveway.Service is fast and excellent. Well lit and off highway 56. Also across the street is a shopping plaza.

Whoever worked on 2/22 at 10pm was not helpful at all. We paid $25 in person and the pump wasn't starting. Walked back in to let them know it wasn't going through. She said to try it again. Try again and it stops at $14, didn't let go or anything to make it stop. We go back in to try to get the difference or get something resolved. The only response we got from her was "well next time choose a different pump". Please teach your employees to handle situations better than a "well s**** sorry". Thanks.
